It IS wonderful to be a part of the enrich environment the first couple of times. I love going to new worlds and experience everything initially. However, when its your 35th time .. the novelty and wonder tend to be replaced with an irritation to be endured and not at all functional. I think the point of OP is that a good portion of players do not wish to spend so much of their in-game time in transit. At minimum allow a direct port back to our ships so that we don't have to take a speeder to the space port run to the shuttle only to run to another shuttle only to finally run to another shuttle before yet run some more to our actual ship. WHEW I'm exhausted just typing all that.
