As you requested our help, I investigated your issue regarding the Depth of Manaan Flashpoint that is still not counting during your dark Vs LIght progression in the game and I am sorry about it. Indeed the problem is now fixed and it will not occur in the furtur for any players, however it is not retroactive and you will have to do the flashpoint one last time for it to be validated in the progression.
I know that you managed to do it once and I'm sure you will be able to do it again, even if I understand your frustruation on the matter.
