Oh also I forgot to mention, for starter sorcs it is wiser to pick up bubble stun (Backlash) in case melee focus you, gives you plenty of way outs, since the CC only breaks from direct damage. If the target was bubble blinded and doesn´t have Dots up, you can Dot him withouth worrying about breaking the stun. Also for 1v1s vs melee Backlash>Electric Bindings, you can do whatever you want without worrying about missing the knockback,, not pushing the target far away so he doesn´t interrupt a heal or the fact that he could stun you....etc.

Ok I see the problem now. On Skillfull you take Sith Defiance, Sap strenght, and Empty Body Masferful: Emersion+Backlash/ Electric Bindings. Heroic: It is a MUST to take Corrupted Barrier. You might be able to drop Force Mobility, I will suggest you take it too, since you are having troubles getting Thundering Blast/Force Leech off. What you could do eventually is take Force Mobility out and pick up ELectric Bindings/Backlasth if you are having a real tough time playing through all the focus. There are a few sorcs that take Haunted Dreams, which I dont really recommend for solo ranked since you have AoE Dotspread on Madness (Dots break´s whirlwind) and on Lightning you have a few AoEs. SO eitherway you are most likely break your own Whirlwind, which has a 1 minute CD while Static Barrier and Overload has 20 seconds cooldown. My setup for starter Sorcs on either spec are: Skillfull: Sith Defiance, Sap strenght, and Empty Body. Masferful: Emersion and Backlash. Heroic: Force Mobility and Corrupted Barrier. You ar eprobably going to move while people is chasing you so force mobility is going to become clutch, and corrupted barrier heals you to full after your Force Barrier ends it own cast. Also your own Static Barrier is healing you for 2% of your total health every single second while it is up (By "still up" I mean it hasn´t disappeared from taking enough damage, so you can see it on your buff bar. What kind of gear do you use? I seen a lot of sorcs gearing the wrong way, let me see if I can help you out improving your gear so you can get the max potential from the spec.

lol yeah but if you are taking bubble away, you have to give us shroud or some ability to dont take dmg for a few seconds, without bubble you could legitly global any sorc in matter of global cooldowns. how many global cooldowns would take 1 pt to kill a sorc with out bubble? 5-6? maybe 8 if the sorc can kite, now add to that that most of the time it is 4 ppl on a sorc, so 2-3 global cds?

I been saying this a while, sorcs defensives are sheit. We need some kind of defensive CD for better survability, take away the offheals idgaf Buff sorcs, I command you BW to do it.
