If the client is making a request from the server and just not getting the reply it expects... I feel like that can't be a processor issue. I mean I guess it could be, but hey, this hasn't been my line of work for 13 years. What network adapter do your Zephyrus 14s have? Description in device manager is "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz."

I went and stopped all the ASUS services, no change, list still empty.
Out of curiosity, have you had issues with the game failing to get the server list after resuming from sleep in the past? Someone posted this earlier in the thread, and I've had this problem as long as I've been using this G15. I wonder if its a different manifestation of the same root problem?

kormonnaut is having the issue on a G15, so apparently it's the entire Zephyrus series. I'd like to know if this is occurring with other Ryzen processors, or just the mobile line used in the Zephyrus.
Gonna take a wild guess and say something with the Asus system suite has issues. I have another game that can’t make it more than ten minutes without crashing, apparently because of Armoury Crate

In an effort to help troubleshoot this issue, can impacted players please confirm if they used the Launcher Repair Utility Tool from this post?
Yes, I used the launcher repair tool. Probably no surprise to anyone here... Zephyrus G15 with a Ryzen. Please fix this crap. Waited an extra two months for this expansion to drop. Now we need to wait for yet another fix.

Add me to the busted launcher list. ASUS laptop with a Ryzen processor of course - Zephyrus G15 (GA502IV), Windows 11 ver. 21H2 (build 22000.493), Ryzen 7 4800HS, GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q
Stopped working after the last launcher update. The launcher fix didn't work.
I never played on the PTS, so cannot address the PTS-related question.

May be a big nothingburger of an idea, but after looking through most of the posted DxDiags in the launcher post from last week, almost everyone has the Intel AX-200. If the network adapter might be the issue, ALL the ones I saw were WiFi 6.
