  1. So far it seems like our compensation will be an automated email saying to put in a ticket. From the game. Where you have to be logged in with set server select.
  2. Fun fact: This is the 7th most replied thread on the bug report forum. And we still don’t have it fixed.
  3. Never mind! Apparently you have to be able to log in to the game to open a ticket. Cool. Super impressed with how this is all playing out. My fool self resubbed back when the PTR fix patch came out. What a clown I am.

  16. Just tried this. Got really excited when it went from launch to empty server list in fifteen seconds instead of over a minute.... but that was only first launch. I've had precisely zero successful logins since 7.0, unless you count the one using a borrowed older machine... I'm using the website-downloaded client, not Steam. I don't want to install again. I wish they'd tell us what the issue is... I'm very curious. This, along with other issues, has turned me off to buying another AMD-powered ASUS laptop ever again.

  18. If you’ve got a Ryzen processor you might be affected by the same issue all us people with Zephyus laptops have. Otherwise, might want to check if your AV and Firewall are getting in the way. I know Norton360 has given some people trouble after patches, requiring manually re-adding launcher.exe and swtor.exe and allowing all traffic.

  22. I’m about ready to cancel my sub and throw money at Lost Ark instead. This is beyond disappointing.
  23. Here you go. Launcher log: And here's the client log: Antivirus/Firewall is Norton 360. Clean boot was troubleshooting step 1. Website launcher. I'll also note, as I alluded to earlier in this thread, I've often had empty server lists in the past after resuming from sleep - previously easily resolved by a reboot. Obviously that's not fixing it in this case. I've often wondered if this had something to do with the WLAN adapter coming out of suspend in some different mode
