  1. yup were def the worst class in the game imo. Maurader complain that they are, but at least they can still put out insane damage when geared. I still hit like a wet noodle and it takes way to much ramp up time for my good attacks to feel halfway threatening. I rerolled a Merc, its pretty easy to top damage and have even greater survivability ontop of doing it all from 30m.
  2. tell us where the mean melee touched you in the wrong spot. Quit defending Ranged like all the the other mouth breathers do in every other MMO. Its gamers like you that insist that Melee are the red headed step children of the MMO world.
  3. QFT. I am at 500+ Expertise. The class only gets better vs freshly new level 50's. Fighting geared 50's is an excercise in frustration. Your damage is still pathetically weaker vs any other class in the game. I would gladly and in a minute give up one of our utility CC effects for more Burst damage and slightly better defense.
  4. The rancor for nerfs in the PvP forums is for Sorcerers, I think its universally accepted that Assassins are either Balanced or are Underpowered.
  5. Assasin.........Ohh wait I did roll one and get to 50 and then get to 500+ Expertise......The class is all around horrible for PvP. No Burst, low Damage, poor Survivablity.
  6. Quit trying to defend your class. BH/Trooper are everymuch as OP as the Operative. Untill Bioware Nerfs your class and the Sorcs this game will not be balanced and will continue to lose players.
  7. I use Xalek but thats because he is wearing almost full Champion PvP suit lol.
  8. Reroll to a Merc, Sorc or Powertech before its to late. You will thank me.
  9. WRONG 2 Mauls will nto even dent a 50 in 500+ expertise and will leave you drained of Force for an eternity. You should only ever do Maul with the Proc, no "ifs" "ands" or "buts". Watching for Maul proc, Voltaic Slash Stacks or harnessed Darkkness Procs isnt so bad, but you still have to glance down which removes your eyes from the field of view for a fraction of a second and if you think its ok, then I highgly suggest you never played competitive PvP in any game. My main issue is for wanting Proc Bar is for Raze and Maul, the other procs you can gestimate when they are up, but those 2 "YOU MUST" look at your buffbar for them. which is bad. BTW, Assasins are underpowered because no one in their right mind who is competitive at this game and runs PvP really thinks that building a 4 man group with an Assasin in mind is the right thing to do. The best 4 man groups always run 1-2 Sorcs, 1 Merc and 1 1 Jugg/Powertech for Guard. Its hands down the best comp to run and will decimate Huttball liek no tomorrow.
  10. Ops Alphas Strike was the only thing Overpowered and it needed to be curtailed, however their Survivablity and Mobiliuty needs to be addressed if these nerfs go through. The other Classes I feel that are grossly Overpowered with high Expertise are Sorcs (heal and hybrid Lightning/Madness) Powertech Pyrotechs just ahve a ton of damage + Utility and takes forever to kill one. Mercenary LolTracerMissile Spam and BH healers are OP too. The most balanced Classes are Assasins ( I play one ) and Juggernauts (although Rage specs deal a ton of damage but are for the most part fine. the Underpowered Classes are Operative Healers, Snipers and Mauraders.

QFMFT My Sniper is 25 currently, very very hard class to play and Cover has tons of issues its the reasons why I prolly wont go further unless I decide to go Lethality cause Cull is just "Boss". Whereas my guildie plays a Sorc and he is absolutely a very bad player. KieyBoard Turns, Clicks half his abilities, and never got above 1580 rating in WoW's Arenas system, but in this game he routinely gets 8-10 Medals per WZ, has under 3 deaths, and can kill any class with ease except for Op's who got the drop on him and I wasnt around to Taunt off. Sorcs are grossely Overpowered and everyone knows it.
  12. Listen I want to believe you but some classes needed nerfs like the Op but they also should fix their mobility issues when they do it such as giving them a Shadow Step Ability. Other Classes havnt gotten nerfed and are in "DIRE" need of recieving one such as Merc tracer Missile, Sorcs in general (way to much utility in 1 package, and Powertech Pyrotechs. Each of those 3 classes are far and away much better off then Classes like Juggs/Assasins/Snipers.
  13. lol u mad Ive been playing since AC in 1999. I am not asking for full blown addons (although that would be nice) but if you honestly think looking at those miniscule buff icons and their even small numbers inside the frame is easy then you are an idiot. A proc bar like Rift is all that is needed to let you keep your eyes on the screen and not squinting at some itty bitty buff bar to make sure a proc occured. In short you need to learn 2 play, becasue if you are a keyboard turning, mouth breathing clicker then yes I would assume staring at your hotbar/buff bar isnt hard but as someone who is as pro as I am can attest watching your character and your surroundings is much more condusive to elite gameplay then you can ever attain. I bet you all are the type that stands in fire when your entire raid is yelling "GET OUT OF THE FIRE" causeing your group to wipe.
  14. I dont mind be underpowered because I truely we wil lget a few small buffs but I can not for the life of me play this class untill we get some sort of Proc Bar Indicator. Having to squint to see if my 3 stack harnassed Darkness is up, or Duplicity procs, or Raze procs makes this game almost unbearable.
  15. Sorc's deserve a nerf as much as an Operative. The game will not be balanced untill Sorcs, lolTRACERspam, and Pyro Powertechs are bought onto the same level as Assasins, Mauraders, Juggs and Snipers.
  16. I would flat out kill for a 5k opener as an Assasin, hell I would kill for an opener for 3k lol. All I ever see is 2.2k at most, rarely do I crit for 3k on anything and this is with 507 Expertise and 15% consumable.
  17. Nope I just want every class reduced to the same balanced state as Mauraders/Sins/Snipers.
  18. Mercs dealing to much damage at range. Nerf Tracer Missile by 20% and the Armor Reduction by 2% per stack. Sorcs having way to much Damage, Utility, and escape mechanisms. Reduce Force Lightning by 20%, increase the Knockback to 1 minute and reduce the Shield absorb by 50%. Powertech Pyrotechs are a freaking beast, they need to reduce their damage by a small percentage and reduce their Survivablity by a ton. Jugg Rage spec need a huge nerf to Obliterate and Smash. Basically you need to reduce all the classes to the same powerlevel of an Assasin, maurader, or Sniper and you will have a blanced game.
  19. Listen I'll put it as bluntly as possible. Every single MMO the last 5-6 years that has released has been good-two-shoes dominated. From WAR to Rift, I think alot of people (me included) were tired of always rolling the losing side in a 2 faction MMO, I have always played the bad side in WoW, WAR, and Rift and this is the first MMO that I can recall where there was a somewhat Biased opinion from the Devs to the Community that "this time, the bad side will prevail" AND I am so freaking happy that I finally got it right. Its been 7+ years through 4 games that I rolled the underpopulated side so let me bask in this glory a while before you start the proberbial whining.

I agree I want to be able to play my 50 against other 50's, every time I get in a WF and see my team having less 50's then the pther then its almost always an auto lose, on the same token I dont do premades and I pug exclusievely so playing against other 50's ensures my opponents and for the msot part my teammates will have all their skills and talents. Also I want to be able to play my Op and Merc while leveling excluievely through PvP and storyline quests, and my 22 Op is no way ready to take on other 50's. All in all I am very dissapointed in this announcement and it leaves me to wonder if they keep holding off on these changes because they are catering to the whiners and ************ of the vocal minority of PvP'ers stating such drivel as the queues will take forever, when in all reality all they want to do is steam roll under 50's all day aquiring all that cheap pvp gear with no risk.
  21. I disagree, usually the side with the most Mercs, Powertechs, and Juggs will win, as long as is if its Huttball.
  22. More people will quit if Preconceived notions such as class balance with out all the metrics out. I and 3/4 of my WoW guild quit for this very reason because one minitue I am fine and the following tuesday you get Ground of Skill for Mages, and herpa derped Warrior Nerfs that make them the laughing stock of any content. Give it a while let the metrics play out let 50's play against other 50's and lets see how the nerfs to Biochem play out before you buff and nerf classes. I played an Assasin to 50 with jsut shyof 400 Expertise and I can honestly say my class sucks in the damage compartment but does great in the utility department, and I routinely got curb stomped by Juggs/Mauraders who do way more damage then me. I would gladly give up up some of my utility for some more burst damage and since I dont expect BioWare to cater to my every whim I decided to roll a more bursty class that suits my playstyle better. So I suggest if you dont like your class then pick another its not like it will take you 6 months to get to level 50 and 500 exp all over again.

  24. So Ive reported alot of bugs over the last several weeks, and none of them have been fixed and the acknowledgement from some impersonal CSR droid is fu*king annoying. When will this crap get fixed. I cant craft out in the field because my reverse engineering button goes missing which forces me to go to a vendor to make it appear. Defend the Shipment quest on Illum has been bugged for 2 weeks. These and many others are borderline killing my desire to play this game.
  25. Ok so I made a new character of the opposite faction on my same server. Re-rolling Rupublic since I hate being on the over populated side. Sucks shelving my level 50 but ce le vie. With that being said I really dont want the same Legacy name on my new character, once I finish Act 1 will I be able to change or start a new Legacy?
