I'd say that wouldn't be too bad... if you like the set piece bonus better. You'd miss out on a bit of dps, but not that much i don't think. I wouldn't do it myself, i like the 4 piece bonus from the stalker set! Madness next tourny.. hmmm lol.. probably not! I hate that spec ><

Ah man it's so hard to choose tbh. I like Darkness, of course, because of the survivability... but NOTHING compares to the burst you get with Deception. I switch between both frequently, but most of the times I end up having to stay in Darkness because we have no one else that can guard. My gear was all modded and statted for Deception DPS - I'm using full Stalker set - some people like to go 2 pieces of Survivor for reduced cooldown on Spike while running Darkness Spec. As for spec just click on my stream below and i have a link to both specs that I use! And thanks everyone else that has watched it :-) I'm working on a 2nd one with more group play as I'm typing this!

I got ya! Same with us, only we got about 20 people still from our Dark Ages of Camelot Days.. and then we always pick up one or two every game that becomes a cool member. On a side note, I havent played a game as fun and rewarding in pvp as DAoC.. miss those days

Yea it wasn't fun at all, besides the fact that we killed about 5 with just aoes when they just sat on top of a node lol. I've never seen people die so fast to a my normally 1k aoes, it was critting them for like 2k-3k and then Bizi powering Death from Aboves. Should have frapsed it

Hah - I wish I was in Illum farming this. I was rank 73 before the Illum changes went in. 100% Warzones, besides the Illum dailies. You'll rarely see me in an Op - usually stick to the middle and kill stragglers/get armaments. Farming valor in an Ops is the most retarded thing that has happened to this game unfortunately.

who the hell knows, I rarely see anyone i remember anymore. Today we rolled into an Alderaan and I swear to you, they must have all just hit 50-- everyone was getting 3-4 shotted. It felt like back in the days when you could queue vs non-50s lol! Oh yeah, their top dmg dealer a Sentinel did 70k damage.. compared to Bizi's 500k .. LOL

Yep and it was just confirmed that it's going to be a 8 man. Can't wait! I guess we should recruit a couple more on the repub side now, my Vanguards almost 50 -_-

I'm disappointed "rateds" are looking like it will be 4 man queues and not 8. /sigh

I had a couple of footage with some of you guys in it, but it was so boring.. I stood guard on a Voidstar Door by myself while everyone else was on the other side.. and then when we attacked, I had 2 people healing me so there nothing really too special there :/ Either way, I'll be catching more group plays for a next video. Hopefully we get vs'd more premades - those are always more fun than just running vs bad pugs~

I am currently spec'd Darkness since our main 'tank' (a Powertech) respec'd to Pyrotech - and GUARD imo is a must in PvP. That Deception Spec is for WZs with the lower cooldown on Sprint / Shroud I feel like it ups my survivability and Sprint on 20 sec cd is just so adicting! But I do like the chain shock version of deception as well, imo you can't go wrong with both~

I honestly gave Madness a try... and tbh, i hated every second of it :/ I missed the burst of Deception and the Survivability of Darkness =| I did only try it for a day, but I don't know man - some people seem to love it, but how well is this for 1v1? There was a Madness spec'd assassin on the 2nd dueling tournament and he just got completely destroyed by anyone he fought, that was sooooo discouraging hahaha

If I was trying to showcase on how to win WZs I'd post me and my premade doing objectives. This wasnt the case. I just tab targetted and keyboard turned my way into kills because to be honest, after getting to rank 80 from doing WZs (yes that's right, no Illum farming) they can be quite dull and boring if you just keep going for the objective. I'm sure people wouldn't want to watch me A) Sit on an Alderaan node for 3 minutes guarding it. B) Don't leave a voidstar door unguarded C) Grabbing the huttball every single time and heading for the end zone. And honestly if I don't do any of those, I am not contributing, because PUGS rarely will do it.

Yep he was a Vanguard spec'd on the far right tree (Pyrotech for the Powertechs) They got probably the nastiest burst in the game and their High Impact Bolt/Rail Shot will penetrate through armor! I did lose one match to a Marauder, but it was best out of 3. I ended up winning the whole tournament for the 3rd time in a row with 3 different specs (Deception, Hybrid and Darkness)

Haha, well who knows tbh. They stole the whole taunt/guard thing from Warhammer, and you couldn't do it there. Obviously I got no evidence for whether is stacks or not (which wouldn't be hard to test it - I could prolly do it this week - our guild has 50s on both sides). I'm actually rather curious now and will be looking forward to testing it. Still think it doesn't though - it would make no sense - but then half of the things in this game don't make sense (like get kicked out of your group to join a WZ).
