I love a challenge just as much as the next person, but this is ridiculous! His AOE attacks are way too powerful. They can be avoided by Me easily, but my companion just stands in them! And since she is my tank she dies very fast and then he focuses on me. Once that happens I can't DPS him fast enough. I'm the same level as him and I'm current on all my armor, skills, and talents! And actually, this is not a unique occurrence either. Many other class and world story bosses are the same. They are wayyyyy too OP to be soloable! If things are meant to be soloable they shouldn't be this damn hard to fight! I'm sorry, but when you feel like shutting the game down instead of playing, it's not fun or challenging anymore. It's annoying and frustrating! Please BioWare, you need to tweak the difficulty of some elites that are meant to be soloable.

Let them sort out the Launch first. It is a pain, I do have to admit and agree with you. But I'd rather they work on Queue Times and other, more pressing, problems at the moment.

That is covered in the " UP TO" part of the statement. Because when you clicked on the "pre order" page of the old forums they explained EVERYTHING, including the part where EGA was on a first come first serve basis depending on when you entered your pre order code. It is no ones fault but your own if you failed to read everything about the pre order program. This is exactly the reason why they say "make sure you read the fine print".

What part of PRE ORDER AND GET "UP TO" 5 DAYS OF EARLY GAME ACCESS"do people not UNDERSTAND? No where has BW EVER said that EVERYONE will get 5 days of EGA!

Yeah there were no problems if you don't count the "hours long queue" times. Servers did crash and there was instability.

BW does not, I repeat, does not run Amazon. Moot point.

Then sue THE RETAILER! Because BW did their job of telling EVERYONE BUT YOU, apparently, that EGA is on a "first come first served" basis which is determined by when you entered your "pre-order code".

Well seeing as I'm level 17 already, I would be very upset! People should have pre-ordered sooner. I saw a lot of posts (before the forum wipe), for months, where people said they will be holding off on pre-order until they can try the game in "open beta". Well, this is the result of the waiting. First come first serve is just how the World works.

Well seeing as though BW never said "everyone who pre-ordered and entered their code in July will get an EGA invite on Day 1" I don't see what your point is? The "rest of July" people will most likely get an invite later on today. As for the "later crowd" well they should have pre-ordered sooner. BioWare has said that EGA will be on a "first come first serve" basis as far as when you entered your pre-order codes. Now I know some people had issues with various retailers and not getting their pre-order codes sometimes weeks after they pre-ordered. That is unfortunate for those people, but that is not BioWare's fault. BioWare can not be held responsible for their poor customer service. People were so against Origin because EA said that the "Digital Version" will be exclusive to Origin. I used Origin, and I had 0 issues with it. I got my pre-order code minutes after I completed my transaction, hassle free. With that said, I stand by what I said before. This method is working great! There have been 0 Server crashes or related issues on the Server I've been playing on all day. Everything seems really stable and reliable. Don't fix it if it isn't broken!
