What about characters that we can't move because we have no more slots on the destination server? Doesn't seem fair that those characters won't get the reward when we have no way to move them before the deadline.

Kind of a moot point, you don't get to choose which server you want to transfer too at this point. Everybody on your server goes to the same destination.

Personally I prefer aesthetics, I don't mind "looking low level" if it matches the idea for my character. I do understand that not everybody feels that way though so I understand the how that effects the desingers.

Since you choose what character to play after the queue, how would they know if you have both Sith and Republic characters on one server?
