When killed in pvp wz while shooting death from above, I usually spawn in the waiting room just for a tiny moment and then appear back at the same spot I was before flying up, with full hp.

To my ticket about getting a new security key to replace the broken one from my CE box, I got a response: I asked for the second time, stating that for 150e I should be entitled to get a working one already without having to buy one on top of that. Guess what they replied second time? FML

No progress yet, other than that changing from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen made me able to past images captured with print screen to paint and save manually. Holocam still doesn't work, game is not creating the screenshot folder to user folder. Anyone else with this issue?

I'm debating with myself whether or not to activate mine, I found out pressing the display slightly from correct spot makes the missing numbers visible, but I'm worried using it like that will break the display more and one day it will stop working completely

Did anyone else get a broken key device in their CE box? The display of mine ain't working (missing first 2 numbers). Made a ticket and got a reply explaining what is a security to key and where to buy one. I would have thought 150e was enough to get working stuff already.

I'm unable to get any screenshots at all. I've tried remapping the key and used the holocam, but the game isn't even creating the folder. There is no swtor nor screenshots folder anywhere in my documents, also searched through all image files - nothing. Print screen pasted to paint is black screen. I participated in beta and this didn't work then either, thought it would work in retail client but no. Tried re-installation too from the CE box disks - no change. What do I need to do? I'd rather not use a third party program for this, I want to be able to use the holocam I have.
