I know that this probably is asking for alot, but here goes. Will we be granted any time back for having to queue? As you have named my server as a choked up one to which new players are still able to join. My position (like alot of people) is that i chose a server based on where the guild i joined was going to be. At the time i chose it queues were next to nil and played and create all the characters with the names I wanted. Because i have put some time and effort into get these characters as i want them (part of the premise behind MMORPG's) I am not willing to move and start over. My characters compliment each other and I am not one to have characters across factions or on other servers. (although some people do and that is fine) The times that I do get into the game i enjoy it very much, but often the experience is damaged by DC or game crashes then having to wait upto an hour to log back in. This is then compounded by under estimating queues. 30 mins Often is 1 hour and this is almost constant through the day. Although I understand it is currently been looked at, these are items I (if this was my launch) would have expected to have been brainstormed and figured out long ago. A what if scenario, because this is a pretty big one. My total game time and total queue time are pretty much on par with eachother and if that continues I will very much look at whether this is a game I want to continue playing. When items that could be prevented or handled better are not.

I think alot of people didn't pick full servers when they picked them, they have become full as we've been tryingto play on them. OT 1276 on Frostclaw EU PVE, Estimate 1 hour 10 mins, in real terms 2 hours 30 mins

So after being in queue for over an hour, to then have the game become unresponsive and having to force close it i'm now stuck with ANOTHER hour+ in a queue to play on the server my guild and i want to play on. Not to mention that my virign media superhub will probably cut out with another known issue that they don't seem to want to fix either which will result in another reset of my queue positon. No offence but servers are one thing you have direct control over and are able to monitor and adjust on the fly. 5 days of it and still its messed up, good going! GRACE PERIOD FOR QUEUE, easy fix!

Back in the late 80's early 90's i remember playing on my commodore 64, James pond was my favourite game. You'd get up in the morning and put the cassette in, let the load commence and go out and play You'd then come back in for lunch and notice its crashed, oh well lets play find and seek some more and have time trials on bikes around the barns. Come back a couple of hours later and hey presto its game time, only to then get called for dinner and told to turn it off because you've been on it all day Remember those days........Well its back! So i got one of these from a guildie and used it, it gave me the Dangerous Merchants mission for UT. I then got another one and it didn't say I had already used it or shouldn't use it so I clicked to learn - I got Dangerous Merchants again but this time it appears to have removed the mission and i no longer get between 2nd range. The fact that it only grants 1 mission and allows you to waste an extra mission blue is stupid, but removing the mission entirely is obviously wrong. I'm going to open a ticket about it "when" i can log in. Just be careful with missions, they may mess up.

I'm sorry but as the sticky say (in regards to PVP servers, but counts for all) if you are experiencing queues, try another server. A lot of the people on these servers are there because of pre deployment for guilds or moved there because of the allocation of said guilds. A lot of people and large guilds were allocated to unofficial other language servers, Nightmare lands I hear is the unofficial Russian server. I expected queues to be around during EGA, but telling people to effectively re-roll or because the queues are crazy during peaks hours is frankly not a response you should be using. I'd of loved to in the pre-launch troubleshoot meetings for BW, "so what is going to happen at EGA and launch with servers?" "Ummm, flowers will grow and everyone will be happy, we've thought of every conceivable scenario." You reckon?

< means unders you know BW. Gone from 718 to 608 in 20 mins. I doubt i'll be in game before 6. If its an estimate atleast try and get it right. And no i wont try another server!

So with iphone having its authenticator already up, is there a ETA for Android and other such OS? I support this thread. Hopefully major maintenance won't be something like 08.00 EST to 13:00 EST which then for EU starts at 13.00 GMT then ends at 19.00 GMT. Worse for +1 and so on the further east you go.

Knowingly using something that you know to be not functioning properly is using the exploit. If it happens and someone says well thats not right but look what i got out of it, lets keep doing it, thats wrong. If a player says thats not right and doesn't do it over and over to gain then they are fine.

Knowingly using an exploit in means to gain benefit over other players is usually looked upon badly by mods and action usually taken. In before deletion.

Please consider 500k number was probably US retail only orders. Add EU order + origin orders = more like a million

I'm sorry but everyone saying "games not launched yet" or "EGA was 5 days" really need to look at what has happened. They've known pre-order numbers by date and redemption for many months, all that most "paying customers" wanted was some kind of structure to the EGA. One which you could look at and say fair enough. It was increased from 5 days to 7 days really as it was recognised somewhere they messed up. Why would a company give out free play time unless they needed to sugarcoat it. Then you go into retailers not having codes to send out, or pulling peoples codes or cancelling orders and sending new codes. All to which people re-entered and lost thier original EGA. An Adult as so many people seem to be asking people to be would see all this as bad customer service, which it truly is. Only thing they can do is damage control and improve.
