I like the way your thinking but I believe we need to go in a different direction. The classes you have here seem to be rehashes of what we already have, and some of them seem to be exact copies. I too, have though about what new classes I'd like to see, and so far have come up with two:
Force Sensitive - basically a force user that has been passed over by the Jedi and Sith, My idea would be to have this classes skills contain some force attacks maybe a force tree, and a practical skills tree. My thoughts were that a Force Sensitive would not have formal training with the force but would have a few skills that are enhanced with the force. I haven't though too much about advanced classes but I think this is a good base. His weapons would be a pistol or saber type.
Thug - an ex-member(or member) of one of the many cartels floating around the galaxy. for this one his weapons would include non-lightsaber melee weapons and a blaster(rifle or sniper). He could have a primarily melee tree and a ranged tree, and perhaps a gadgets tree.
My main focus for these character classes was the story, since SWTOR is a story driven mmo, an excellent story, coming from someone who has played all eight stories.
The only problem with my classes is that they do not fit firmly into the Republic or Imperial factions but make up one of their own, now to balance out the factions with a third; beside these two classes, the devs could copy the smuggler and bounty hunter over so they are both in two factions, with a slightly tweaked story of course. I have always felt that the smugg and BH deserved their own faction anyway.
I think an "Underworld" faction would be cool, tell the story that is going on behind the warring between the Republic and Empire. We see views into the underworld of the galaxy from different classes and a few companion quests, and of course Makeb, but this addition would make for a much grander vision of the galaxy outside of but weaved into the War.
