The same thing is happening to me, its pretty much ruining conquest for me. None of the objective icons update for me and i seem to get points for maybe 1 in 3 completed objectives. No rush Bioware

I have a 965 myself and to be honest i run the game absolutely fine 90% of the time. The game has fairly awful optimisation though, so i think no matter what your processor there will be times when the FPS will grind to a halt from what i have read on reddit about this subject.

bit raider is the bit torrent client for the SWTOR download, helps to download the game, you are possibly uploading and its causing issues. Im not sure how it works with live clients. I am getting lag spikes of late, but nothing like ye are talking about. I get a fairly solid ping around 25 - 32ms. But i do feel lag spikes now and then, usually come and go fairly quickly

I took a break from the game from around January to now and when I came back it was kind of scary to see Red Eclipse so, so quiet. If the game did great last year, well thats brilliant, but im worried about this year. Maybe there is always a major lull around this time of year im a very on and off player. But trying to do group content around level 30 - 40 is impossible at the moment, which i have not had a problem with before. Has anyone else noticed a big drop in population in the last coupe of months? The quoted numbers for 2013 are they going by the USA fiscal year ending in September? A different reality could appear this September. I hope not though. Im looking forward to the Strongholds anyway, I do love fluff content in MMOs it gives it character and novelty which is a huge appeal for me at least.

To the OP despite saying you played ten games you kind of come across as someone who played two matches, didnt read about it much or put much effort into and then came on with a rather negative post. I was a bit flustered at the controls for the first two matches i played, starting to actually enjoy them now. I dont know, to say that its boring or slow paced, that is the complete opposite experience I have had, maybe you are incredibly unlucky. Also having played against a couple of good gunship pilots that thing is extremely effective. I would say you might enjoy it more when a lot of people have had time to get used to this, it all might be a totally new experience for a lot of people right now (I mean flight games, twitch, domination game mode etc) so you could be ending up in matches with a bunch of headless chickens. But I love this expansion, this is what I wanted on release of SWTOR and I am delighted its here now, I resubbed for this, would not have done so otherwise.

I had the same experience for the first two matches, you get used to it pretty quickly. I actually rather like the controls now. Although a separate slider for ship sensitivity is a must regardless.

I absolutely love GSF. But I will say they desperately need to add more maps, I just dont want it to go stale on me but thats due to my love for it. Also can we have ship customisations we can earn, as a subscriber there's enough restricted to the CC already, kind of getting sick of all of that.

Just to avoid confusion here, the lock-on weapons you are referring to are missiles. Rockets are on scout ships and are dumb fire. Torpedoes are also lock-on but need to be unlocked with ship requisition. The rockets are still very effective despite being dumb fire, very fast rate of fire, 20% shield piercing so you damage the hull through the shields. Dulfy has some great guides up for Galactic Starfighter.

Ah id love to have pazaak in the game. Just with NPCs as well so it would be possible to play in a distracted manner without annoying your opponent I alt-tab a lot.

I have to agree, I am levelling a defence Guardian at the moment and jesus its dull, I cant stop thinking about switching to the Focus tree. Also I wish people would appreciate tanks more, its torture levelling one . I have quite enjoyed flashpoints so far as a tank, but the usual questing stuff is just meh, I enjoyed my sage, my smuggler, my agent, but guardian not a lot. You use about 4 skills and take a fair while to kill mobs.
