So it appears that I have fixed the problem. It appears the game itself my have been corrupt. It took two times of uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it has indeed fixed the problem. I'm still not sure why it would have done the same thing on a new hard drive with a fresh install. Went back to my old drive and after the 2nd install all has been working well all week.

Yeah, I've done that as well. Try to keep it clean of dust as much as possible.

I recently started to play again and I have started having issues where during play and at different times the game crashes to a blue screen. Mostly I've noticed it during cut scenes but has happened in combat as well. I tried installing on a new hard drive and the issue still happened after about 30-45 mins or so. I haven't been able to locate the issue from reading on other people's issues and most of those seem to be from several years ago. I'll post my client settings, bluescreenview and a reliability report from the last crash here if anyone can help isolate the problem. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Seriously, I eagerly await being able to equip my powertech with a blaster rifle. No big deal for my merc but I can't stand having to use a pistol with my PT.

You know I really hope that is the case. Unfortunately I have been disappointed several times with how armor turned out from concept art. If this is the final armor then they have completely missed on the set. No where does his armor look like that. Are they that hell bent on not giving us bounty hunters an iconic look we actually want?

Probably end up on the CM for 3500 CCs or something like that. All the good looking gear and items seem to be coming ONLY from the CM now.

Would love to see this in game but not as much as i'd love to see some Mandalorian shock trooper armor.

They should indeed be added to the collections. Still, this is just a horrible dye system they implemented. Most colors are ridiculous and the whole one time use is just absurd.

And on Ebon Hawk they are now up to 7.5 million. So much for this 4 hour stealth addition lowering the price. That was never going to lower the price. Still, Bioware and EA have COMPLETELY ignored the frustrations that have vented on this dye system from day 1.

HA! brilliant. For my bounty hunter they'll probably throw on a wrist dart and some pitiful jetpack that doesn't look like a jetpack.

Yeah, I don't get it either. We, players, have been asking for these exact type of sets since launch. I am so tired of seeing great possibilities ruined by the ridiculous giant shoulder pads that somehow are getting into this game. I didn't mind them in WoW as much, but this just looks stupid for Star Wars. It's beyond absurd why they think every set needs them, and needs them LARGE.

I can tell you I am still peeved at this debacle but I have given up voicing my opinion on it as much anymore. It isn't as if Bioware or EA listens to us anyway. Crumbs is all we get. Then there's the whole other issue of armor we ask for only some genius from the WoW team goes and puts on ridiculous shoulders. Still waiting on those Jedi robes too. Or the hood toggle. So I have realized it is pointless to discuss this. Not to mention all the drones that continually defend them on this nonsense as if they will be rewarded for taking up arms and defending Bioware and EA.

One use is indeed a problem and comes from greed when priced at $20.00. It is ridiculous to have to keep coughing up $20.00 per dye per chest piece if we want to change our look. I personally like the way my Sith look in all black, and I also like to base my characters off of the looks from characters I liked. Those were in all black. This really could be an easy solution for Bioware, just give us the ability to add them to our collections much like other items in the CM. That would be the smart thing to do.

It really is a kick in groin to those of us who are still subscribers. The enter dye debacle could have easily been avoided had it actually been what the players asked for, and NOT some gimmick to just rake in more cash for Bioware. I am all for a reasonable amount for profit but they have taken it all to an entirely new level. This is slowly becoming one of my most frustrating experiences since I have been gaming. It is even getting worse than my experiences with Ubisoft and there asinine decisions.

Eric, to be honest it's issues such as this that make it hard to continue to support this game as I have since day 1. I am still a subscriber and have no present plan to change that. However it is a bit frustrating to see something as simple as a dye system get implemented so horribly. Simple in the fact that there are countless other games that have listened to their players and put in systems that work well and the players like. Why is this system so utterly restrictive to us as players? I have zero problems with the cartel market, what I do have a issues with is the absurd pricing for popular dyes and they have a one time use. I would have no problem whatsoever paying this price possibly even a little more IF there was an option to unlock these dyes to our collections. The collection system I thought was another great idea but it also fails to deliver for what really could solve many of these issues. Why would you all NOT give us the option of adding these to our collections, even if it was on a character by character basis much like adding the companion Treek to additional characters? It is extremely frustrating for players, like myself, who enjoy changing our armor skins regularly, only to lose our dye and have to purchase another for an completely ridiculous price for yet another "one time use" item. It would be nice to see you all take this into consideration, especially seeing how many have voice their support for these being added to the collections, for a price of course. Thank you

What color do most Sith wear? What color are Stormtroopers and to an extent some clone troopers? These colors should be readily available for us in a STAR WARS game, not rare or a so-called "luxury" item. But as I have said before I would gladly pay the 2000cc IF we have the option to add it to our collections. Not that hard to understand at all. A ONE TIME USE item for that price is not "a fair price" . Don't think for a second those at bioware/ea said hey lets give the players these dyes at a fair price because $20.00 IS NO WHERE near fair. I have been a subscriber since day one but they are pushing my patience with the greed they are displaying and the total disconnect with their player base. Throwing us a few measly crumbs is not giving us what we ask for in the game.

Constantly using the phrase "deal with it" or "don't buy it" shows you have no solid argument. Pricing rarely changes? No it is not pointless to voice my displeasure with the system bioware and ea implemented that is anything but player friendly. My misfortune? Hardly. I wonder why if you have no interest in these dyes that you are constantly mocking those of us who actually have a concern with being nickel and dimed on everything in this game? If you have no interest then why not just leave us alone and go discuss something you actually do have an interest in. That shouldn't be too hard.

I would LOVE to know how a SINGLE USE item (dye in this case) is a "luxury item" That makes no sense at all. The Bentley analogy is also massive failure. This is the same argument the raiders use against casuals when it comes to armor drops. They can not stand for anyone else to have any chance to gain the gear they get. It's ridiculous.

So the answer is to re-roll or pay for a server transfer? This is exactly like the silly argument that it is only "fluff" sorry but that is not an option just for one or two dyes.
