I cant find a single web site or forum post that actually says how to get to Eternity Vault. Where is it? How do I get there?

They are not going to waste their time with transfers at this point (just like every other mmo), becuase the servers you would want to transfer to are going to be full by saturday night anyway, and the next night for the next new server...

Lots of people are just on servers temporarily, with no intention of staying. Not the best senario for anyone.

That's probably a more advanced thing to implement. Other games have it, but they had to get to that point over time.
