1. The Surging stacks primarily proc on melee hits but i have used a stacked shock and gotten one on occasion. Also, discharge is BEST used at 5 stacks, however, depending on the situation (i.e. during burn phase with all CD popped) you can still use it with few to no stacks and it will still do dmg. 2. No, also lacerate should not be used too often as it uses a lot of force and draws agro from more than one target. Optimal Deception use is to focus on one target while your companion draws the remaining agro, while go from weakest to strongest (building stacks off the weaker for the stronger).

^ LOL!. sorry but crit has a soft cap at 35% where as power has no ceiling... for optimal builds you would usually stack main stat as much as you can, thus building crit naturally. once at 35-36% buffed you want more power.

Please speak for yourself in this one. I personally am happy that they are fixing something broken (regardless of how it was broken). If in the end it leads to more content and bug fixes Bioware by all means, patch every second day. =)

As an artifice I "grind" them on occasion for my 20% chance at a relic.

I can without a doubt say that Sith Purebloods by far have the WORST darkside corruption. I will say however that my jedi human toon with DS 2 looks pretty slick.

As far as I'm concerned CE players should get the Heros' Banner as well as whatever item they decided to give you DDE players. I do NOT believe that CE players should have to lose out on something unique to being a CE player as we have in the past. As a CE player That was one of, if not THE main reasons I purchased the CE (hope/promise of an exclusive store that would be updated with various CE only items). However with the addition of f2p and the cartel shop, I highly doubt the CE vendor will ever get anymore love, other than the occasional tauntaun *Glares at Taunta*

Hi there. I am currently an artifice, have been since launch as lightsaber modification to me is just far to appealing. As of this post I have reverse engineered 5-6 Campaign relics, three of them being of the same type which I saved up to buy through the daily quests on all of Corellia, Belsavis, Ilum and space. All six of these attempts have bore no fruit so to speak, and to be honest it's not the relics that I've won through drop rolls that irk me, that inherently is random chance. Its the fact that I am left to spin this week long process of a roulette yet again, for yet another 200 daily commendations for yet another "fat chance" at actually learning something beneficial to my profession outside of colour crystals and lower end enhancements. I digress however as this is the suggestion thread, however it is relevant to it. My suggestion would be to PLEASE add a schematic for these relics for say, 1000 daily commendations. and the best way I can put the want for this request is that it's a lot easier traveling through a long tunnel with a light at the end of it, especially without the road potentially throwing another week long curve in front of you.
