The game: under-promise, over-deliver. BioWare/EA have been using this like crazy for this game, even when it came to release date discussion (remember the 'might not be out 'til 2012?'?). Also, just take a look at how the EGA has been handled in general: it exemplifies this principal.
In addition, they've shown that, from a technical standpoint, they have the ability to get most EGAs in tomorrow (save perhaps mid/late December as I'd imagine there was a spike in preorders there).
They promised to get to the last week of November in tomorrow. They'll deliver a lot more than that.
I don't feel that this is blind fanboy White Knighting for BioWare, but an informed guess based on their very deliberate movements, posts, etc. throughout beta, EGA, and so on.
