  1. With the current state of PvP and faction-imbalance, and the never-ending runs of Huttball people are turning to deserting and re-queueing than playing Huttball. On Sith Wyrm imperial side, it is pretty ridiculous right now. Most Huttball games we will have 3-4 drops before the match even starts. If one side is full, usually the other is not and the team with less gets steam-rolled. Even on an even-even matched game, the first score will see people on the "losing" side losing 2-3 players quickly. Something needs to be done to penalize players who drop out from re-queueing immediately (or within a few minutes) to get a new match and hopefully something other than Huttball. I would propose two things: 1. Deserter debuff - 15 minutes before you can requeue. 2. Valor debuff - 15 minutes of no valor from any source, and no credit for all PvP dailies. I think the reasoning for #1 is pretty obvious, but I think that #2 is needed as well. A lot of people currently go to Ilum to run circles collecting armaments or gang-jumping the few Republic around, while waiting in warzone queues. These people especially are trying to get additional valor from warzones, or just trying to progress their PvP Ilum quests. These people are also the folks I see popping in-and-out of warzones quite frequently. Implementing these debuffs would encourage people to stay for a whole Huttball instead of ditching right after loading in. Additionally, I think that if the queue pops and you don't accept it you should get the deserter debuff as well. It is fairly easy to group up with three other people to queue, and then only have one person load in to check if it is Huttball again. Everyone who gets a queue and then doesn't accept it should get a Deserter debuff.
