Want to know the sad thing... I had 1 day of PTO. I used it today as I really just needed a day off and wanted to play TOR and finally relax for a change. And.... Server goes down all day.... fml.

I never farm low lvl planets but I will still shed a tear when this change happens simply because it is really rewarding when you go back to a low lvl planet to help a friend with something or for whatever reason and you feel like a real Jedi or Sith. When my fully lvld/geared Sith walks by those low lvl NPCs that used to try and kill me they now just cower in fear! and if they are ever stupid enough to take a shot I just redirect the bolt back at em with a flip of the wrist and they are all dead... it is really rewarding and fun and I think it is sad they are taking that away simply because they want to stop people from farming.

Yup, basically your lvl no longer matters in PVE... once again the developers of this game make a choice that just makes me /facepalm and shake my head... I will stay subscribed for 2 months so I can play the new storyline then cancel subscription again and uninstall because of stupid design choices like this. There really is no point to even playing this game anymore... you can just buy a lvl 60, play the storyline then uninstall because your lvl and equipment no longer mean anything.

I made a bounty hunter Bodyguard though and I am having a blast roleplaying him. He is this skinny little crazy looking old balding cyborg guy who drank one of his concoctions to make his voice deeper (which was successful he is this squirmy old man with a deep manly voice) but it also knocked him out. He woke up on Hutta somehow and stumbled into a room where they thought he was their new bounty hunter there to compete in the great hunt. He has always enjoyed killing things but normally gets sued for it so decided to go along with it as the coin was good and is now blasting/poisoning/healing his way through the competition.

Hello all, so just wanted the opinions of those who have played this class/build of a Bounty Hunter Bodyguard. I have always enjoyed playing the Tank and thus this is the role I have mainly stuck to in this game, however with 12x XP and the fact that I really do enjoy supporting/healing I am giving thought to rolling a Bodyguard as a healer. The problem is I have never played with them... everytime I ever have someone healing me it is a Sith and while they are good healers are just not something I am interested in roleplaying as a healer. I mainly just play with a small group who does a little bit of everything, flashpoints, questing, PvP when we feel like it etc... Enough of me rambling though, Bodyguard as a support healer how do they play? opinions, thoughts etc...

Can they sell it in the Cartel Market? if the answer is no then we are never getting it. Pretty easy way of know if they are going to put in the time or not right there.

Could not agree more, I find it silly how many people are saying it is better because it is more "balanced" it is an RPG.... it is not supposed to be "balanced" if everyone does the same DPS and takes the same damage etc then why even play.... I don't care of my character does the most damage possible, he is the way I want him to be. If one build is more powerful then nearly any other DPS wise for example... so what? if you want DPS then go for that build, and no matter what there are going to be ways to kill that guy, team up on that build, use strategies or don't fight him... It is a role playing game let people customize their characters and stop worrying about "balance"

Yup, myself and my entire guild unsubscribed from WoW when they made this similar change for the same reason. WoW had 14 million people at the time.... TOR has 1 million.... yeah don't see how they think it is smart to cut that number in half.

Exactly, I play MMORPGs for the RPG as well as the MMO... I like customizing and atleast feeling like I have a somewhat unique characters. If I level and the game just gives me the new skills I can use and does not give me any chance to customize my character that is a problem in my opinion...

If some of you guys like it that is fine however I have been a subscriber since day of release and they have now ruined the game and taken out any type of customization that was in the game... does not even feel like an RPG now. I am unsubscribing along with over thirty veterans that I played with... why you would build a game then completely redo it removing core features that people play the game for.... is beyond me. It saddens me greatly as I truly loved this game and recruited dozens of people to it. We now all have to go find a different game... it is sad.

I think honestly it completely depends on how you want to role play him/her assuming you are into role playing your characters, which I am. One idea is to build them looking like something else, for example I have a bounty hunter that is a Sith True Blood and I have him in full sith looking equipment but then under his sith cloak he has a blaster and shoots rockets haha. I think it looks awesome and it confuses the hell out of people because everyone thinks I am a Sith until I start shooting it is great.

I know, problem is both of those sound fun haha, just not sure which would be more effective and also just interested in what other peoples experiences are with those classes.

Hey guys, trying to decide between the Scrapper or Saboteur, I will be playing mostly with a friend who will be running a Vanguard Trooper. 90% of the time I will be doing PVE but I really enjoy open world PvP at the end game when running around on ilum it is is fun to just get in fights and I want to be able to hold my own. I have zero interest in any of the other trees of the smuggler as I already have fully leveled characters that can heal and snipe. So what in your opinion is more fun / just overall the better tree?
