i know for 100% they are real and ingame, so far ive found jedi knight belt and wrist, and also trooper belt and wrist so made me eager to get the last ones i need (consular and smugler) btw they are restricted to only 1 class and by what ive know they are random world drops since i found my trooper belt on HOTH questing with my main (jedi knight)
