I'm 92 valor, I've played my share of warzones and pvp since early acess but one big thing that is bugging me is why don't other players next to a cap/plant/score get credit also? 1. the scorer in huttball gets Attacker pts but nearby players that assist the scorer by healing, Guarding or killing get no credit whatsoever even though they are playing the objective. 2. Voidstar plant? Other people CCing for the planter get nothing 3. Alderaan? same scenario, others CCing for teammate get nothing This would encourage others to not over-cap. Having 4 guys trying to plant the bomb so they get the 2500 attacker pts while no one is CCing is counter-productive. Perhaps teammates around 15-30m should get the same attacker points
  2. on story mode? no it is a Tier 2 operation. Man up and learn to play. I like this operation, it requires every single player to pay attention and not screw up on every fight. No one can be carried.
  3. on normal its a fun fight, very good gear/skill check if you die its most likely your fault but on HM, its very finicky, if you are even say just 2m off position then you are screwed. Very random especially on tank swaps.
  4. i run 1200 expertise in full 32 pts deep into tanking tree and thats with a Campaign Relic of Shield Amp (which boosts my absorb to 405 if i shield an attack) and all it takes is 3 people to focus me down i was fine before 1.2, sure i died but i could still carry the ball (as a huttball tank should) to half the map before dying) now i cant even get from the podium to the acid before biting it
  5. ignore the math and just play the warzones and we all know its a zergfest. there isnt even anymore strats to killing a Guarded healer (by seperating tank etc) when you are actually better off focusing the GUarded person so the tank dies with them
  6. with the dmg nerf tanks are useless for walking the ball in healers cant heal enough and dps can burst anybody down regardless of a Guard or not a Force Speeding Shadow/Assassin can get the seperation they need to create a cap and score without taking too much dmg.
  7. the cost is high but thats not what bothers me the fact that we didnt get any notice of Set Bonuses not transferring with the Armoring (as originally claimed) cost 100s of thousands of players 500k+ for something that didnt even work
  8. yep, still got mine and has bugged me for months only 25 quests allowed and cant even drop it
  9. PVP tanking is dead. Shield and Absorb never worked before now the Dmg Reduction is nerfed through expertise? I have always played a full tank style since Day 1 of Early Access and am 83 Valor running with full set of BM tank. I used to be able to walk the Huttball alone a considerable distance before going down. Now I cant even walk 5meters. If a full tank spec can not survive as well as a dps, then why even play a tank? Lets all just roll dps and form gank squads to win. I thought the pvp team was from WARHAMMER (which i played and enjoyed) that did not believe in burst damage. What happened?
  10. There were a lot of new vanity pets added such as the Taunlets and Birds and etc but i'm surprised to not have found any info on it. Does anyone know where to get them?
  11. i'm more concerned with threat management dps gear scales up survivability goes up (but aggro management doesnt)
  12. yeah it got fixed but the most annoying thing is how other tanking classes and specs (ie Sith Juggs) can still get the healing medals......
  13. any other rifles that are long and bulky like the E-313 i watched Episode 2 and it reminded of the phase I Clone Troopers with the stocky rifles ******
  14. the pits do feel a little underpowered the fires are great, sure we all get annoyed when someone stuns us into one but admit it, you get happy when you make a clutch play and CC someone in the fire in return
  15. i run 21k+ hp self buffed as a tank and when i lose half my hp in 3-4 hits before i can even react after a stun, then a class seriously needs a nerf. If i wanted to play 1 shot pvp, i'd go back to WoW
