Tried logging in at 8:14am EST and I'm in a que. This has got to be an issue with the East Coast servers still, there is no way this is normal or fixed like they posted in the Dev Forums.

Experiencing this too on the shadow version of this armor which looks amazing. But the cut scene graphic glitches are turning me off fast to it -

They could just scale the difficulty based upon the party count sorta like I've seen in City of Heroes/Villians. -

Well personally speaking I'd like the option to change hair style. My Sith is currently Dark 4 and having a bald head with the mask I have would just look cool as all get out.

Character Transfers: Please allow this option soon. I'm hoping that you already have it in the works and your going to implement it soon.

Server que's are gonna happen especially on my RP server that I started on since at the time there wasn't many to choose from. Now that their are I'm hoping like some others that they allow character transfers to less populated servers. I've no desire to start over on another server and lose all the progress I've achieved on existing characters I've built up through early access.
