I just watched the clip where Anikin used Force throw in the droid factories and I really didn't see him angry or anything else that would have indicated that he was under the influence of the Dark side. This quite clearly establishes that Jedi are quite capable of using force Throw. Your argument of Vader using it doesn't prove much, since Vader is incapable of force lighting due to his prosthetics, so clearly the only logical thing to do is to use something else, a skill he acquired when he was still a Jedi... like Force Throw. One should also considered Vader's motivation in that fight, he wished to capture his son and overwhelming him with flying objects would help him in that without actually harming him. So you wish to replace a skill that Jedi use in G-canon with a skill that doesn't exist in G-canon, while claiming it would be more lore appropriate? That somewhat contradicts what you are trying to do. Perhaps a better look into the cartoon Clone wars is in order, considered they are considered the second level of canon, just after the movies.
