In all of my strongholds utilizing this decorations, the deco now only shows the base and not the spinning sphere

Was kicked out of server while working on Tatooine Stronghold. Was only able to log into that toon , but can't return to stronghold. Unable to log onto any other toons and unable to use any chat channel
