  1. So here is how this clever marketing effort breaks down. You want early access, pay for the expansion. Oh its not something you can outright buy, no we need to collect $45-$60 or more from you before you get early access. So you needed to sub on or before 8/10 till yesterday. For those of us who missed the 8/10 date but subbed anytime after that, you and I have basically bought cosmetics while also funding, initially, the expansion. We would have been better off saving that money and just buying cartel coins with it.
  2. Yes you needed to be a sub from 8/10 to yesterday. Since you were not, join the line and wait till next week.
  3. If you did not sub by August 10th no early access, period. I subbed just after that and all the way to present date and no early access. If the site said this clearly if you do not sub by end of July now August 10th you will not get early access just these rewards till launch i would have saved my money.. So basically i bought a bunch of accessories and have to wait. You know the more I think of it, why August 10th, I would assume that the billing cycle for most were already closed by the end of July. The next cycle would be coming up at end of month so if you sub'd in August, regardless of date why not grant early access. Eh it's not worth the mental energy on this one.. basically we just have to wait.
  4. Are you kidding me that this is still a bug, this just happened to me..... *** BW?? After 3 years and 2 expansions no one ever went back and said, hey we should fix that .... this is so.... sad actually.
  5. Thoughts on tiered warzone's based on level. Pre 50 PVP see's normalization in health / dmg , etc based on level 49 stats, however your class abilities are surely lacking. Example between a level 11 and a level 47 character. The levels would work as they do in other MMO's that use this kind of system . Example Tier 1 would be levels 10 - 20. Tier 2: 21 - 30, on on-wards to 49. Flame on!
  6. and the closes thing we have is field respec now, why is there a cost still associated with respec after paying 200k for that option?
  7. Some brief ideas on how to improve PVP: 1. Stuns - should last no more than 10% of your health. once it reaches that percentage, the stun should break. 2. Once a stun a stun is broken, you enter a state of being immune to stun for 2 seconds so as to pop a med pack or go on the offensive. There would be a visual representing that the player is immune to stun for that period of time. 3. Resolve Bar: should not decrease while your in combat, it should reset once it has served its intended purpose. 4. Stun breaker: Upon death, your stun breaking ability should reset itself.
  8. Wake-up BW... this excuse to monitor at this point is unacceptable. I sometimes wonder about this games management. Lucas retired from making movies because of the fan base, this game may do the exact same thing....

    I would like to add that I would love to see this game grow and become what everyone hopes it to be, I just think it will be hard if subscriptions continue to fall. No matter what they have planned or how great the game will become, if there is no one around to see it........

    Sure, skill cap is always a factor, however one would assume that a game in development for so long would have spent more time on game mechanics to truly walk through the game model / interaction and understand what needs to be adjusted etc, to deliver a truly epic experience for all... I think they put a lot of effort into the voice driven pve content at the expense a lot of other things. I believe they felt this was going to be the icing on the cake. The Star Wars brand plus a game with full voice content would be a winning mmo combination and it was for a while, but that newness of the game quickly faded and as a result, a lot of people left. When the newness of the game is over you begin to see the game for what it is, and things like content, mechanics, variety etc prove to be absent. and become annoying, regardless of skill cap. I agree the game should be challenging, especially pvp, however it must be so under balanced conditions. I am glad to see they finally noticed the bio-chem advantage in pvp, while others chose different crew skills they in turn were at a disadvantage. as such i am sure there are people yelling why are you nerfing bio-chem in pvp, and those would be the one's with bio-chem as their crew skill, just like operatives saying why you want to nerf this class and deflect it to things like well you don't have the skill cap to play this game, really guys, that's the best counter you can offer, if it is i guess this conversation is over.... much like this game will soon be...

    So when we taking the big nerf bat and hitting this class hard with it?? Is it me or do they have ungodly amount of stuns and heals?? I do hope the dev's are taking a long hard look at class balance, otherwise end sub and GW2 here I come, and I don't think I will be the only one....
  14. I think that sums it up.. when the game has this many problems and lacks content and class balance, why would you waste time on a cosmetic thing like legacy... who wrote the BRD and why was it approved for early release... what a waste of man hours / code and effort.....
