  1. SWTOR needs to be on Mac! I don't use it, but I know people that do and they want it for Mac. It will bring in more players. Also Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, and Diablo 3 is coming out on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, so SWTOR should too. I would continue to play on PC, but again it will bring in more players. I think Bioware could make a good profit off doing this and it would possibly make the game more successful in the long run.
  2. The paid server change is a nice feature, but why not add a faction and race change. Tons of people have or are in the process of leveling all classes. When SWTOR releases new races it makes that person level the same class up again if they prefer that race. I focused on leveling republic characters in the beginning because of my friends back home and my brother. After they stopped playing and I moved making new friends that play Imperial I have to start from nothing. Why not have a faction change, but limit it to the class and advanced class you picked on the opposing factions mirrored class. For example, Jedi Knight/Guardian = Sith Warrior/Juggernaut.
  3. This would be pretty cool. I think to not make it broken you would have to double the duration though. For people that wouldn't want to pay for the app (you know they wouldnt give it away), or the very rare people that don't have smart phones it would seem unfair. Even doubling the time it takes I would pay for that app. I wouldn't pay more than 2-3 dollars, but it would be very convenient. Bioware would make a pretty penny if they developed one or paid someone to do it for them. Other functions: Character Customization GTN Access Guild Chat Guild Bank Access Bank Access Cartel Market Access Collections Access Reverse Engineering Access Current Characters Story Board
  4. Thats not true at all. I just started playing SWTOR again after a year break. Started fresh on a server with no characters or credits. My lvl 32 Operative that has Biochem has 400k+ credits from selling implants. I know its not a lot to a lvl 50+, but just selling stuff in my off time while leveling its pretty good.
  5. I think this idea could be good with a few adjustments. 1.) Instead of the weapons you suggested add Lightsaber Tonfas. 2.) Like the character in Knights of the Republic 2, Brianna, uses the fighting style Echani. Maybe adding something like that, or having that be the core class. 3.) Using the force with each punch and kick you could have one specalization use a lot of push back attacks, stuns, etc. I can't think of anything else at the moment, but I have been up all night and its 5am here. I will post more ideas when I think of it. BTW I like the class abilities buff idea
  6. LOL this is too true! I mean this is suppose to be some "EPIC story" but I can't use a damn jetpack?! I understand full use of a jetpack would be game breaking (look what happened to Halo), but in some cases thats not so. Breaking a fall or speeding up an elevator shaft is completely within reason.
  7. I agree with this suggestions. I don't think it would be that hard to implement both of your ideas. WoW does it with their dual-spec feature. I would also suggest gear sets. I can't remember what it was called in WoW, but you could make armor sets from the gear in your inventory, then with 2 clicks all the gear for that spec is equipped with no hassle.
  8. I love my Rocket Booster (boots), but just the other day I thought to myself "why does it just give a speed boost?" As I stood over the edge of a cliff I thought will this fall kill me or do I take the time to travel around. I am a man of little patience so I jumped off the cliff and barely survived. So my suggestion is to add a Legecy Perk completely separate from Rocket Boosters that gives us reduced to no falling damage based on the level in the perk and the distance that we travel. Maybe even have cool animations based on the class that unlocked it. Like Anakin and Obi in Episode 3 falling down the elevator shaft using the force to break their fall.
  9. The idea of randomly getting a dye through the Cartel Market or spending hard earned credits at the GTN everytime you want to dye something is kinda lame. Instead I would like to purchase a dye color and I can use it any time I want. Either have it removable from items with a small fee (like any other component), or just have that color (or color combanation) unlocked for any and all future use. Guild Wars 2 does it and thats one of the ONLY things I loved about that game.
  10. I love this idea! Space Stations is a better options and it would be way easier for Bioware to design. The possiblities are endless. Flaspoints, Operations, Warzones, and even a new Space Combat Warzone system. ALSO civil war Warzones! Where the guild can host in guild Warzones to help tune their PVP teams, and/or help others that might struggle in PVP get better. Bioware could make a killing on this with subscribers and the amount of Cartel Coins they could sell through bundles and packs geared toward this. I don't want them to ruin it with the overall feeling that you have to purchase CC to get something out of it though.
  11. I was looking for the same thing and stumbled across this thread, but I have a problem. I went to C/Users/username/appdata/local, but the next step has only a Temp folder. I went into that folder and it has a install SWTOR folder. Please help
  12. The guild sounds awesome! I would like to join if you will have me. I submitted an application.
