Granted I'm only level 80 in the Command experience but last use full schematic for barrel, armor, mod, and etc. slots was at level 20 what happened to the more frequent drops. I still cant make most 230 relics because those you get from crates or the very random drop. I really dislike this Com Crate you have going has taken me 7 months to get a set of 230 gear and my tanks are still using 228 because i cant make the tank 230 stuff let alone the higher level. Please bring back the crystals!! I've stopped looking for groups because I get kicked because I don't meet requirements, and to meet the requirements I need groups but I cant get into groups because I don't have the gear. I just do not have the time to level every class to get gear for that class. This will be the last post of this type from me I'll spend my money else were instead of this lets make the crates better for higher level but forget the lower level gear people. Ever heard if its not broken don't fix it. By this time before the crates I was able to get 90% of my characters in mid tier gear. There all in Tier 1 still.

I would like to say Bio-ware did ok with KOTFE and KOFET it broke up the monotony that was starting to be a drag. However, I think you (Bio-ware) made the chapters to long and diverted from the character’s story and taking away some classic companions and not bringing them back in a timely manner. I get it that you want to make it seem special again but going on what going on close to 1 ½ to 2 years now. Also, I’m still not happy with the new Galactic Command thing you have going on. It’s a real pain to get decent gear to outfit yourself and alts. Any way to bring back the crystal type buying again I was able to get mid to high gear on mains and alts and it took me close to a year to do due to lake of time playing before the new level caps came out. I don’t care about bonuses on gear I just want to be able to solo steps again on my healers and tanks. I can’t even make the basic 230 hear yet on my crafters and the highest gear I have now is a mix of blue/purple 230 gear. My main is still using some 228 because I can’t find a decent replacement that won’t bankrupt me on GTN. Either let me craft it or drop the scamaticks more frequently on all crafts. I’ve been waiting for you to fix the Galactic mess but it’s still a mess and it’s getting harder for me to find the ambition to keep playing. Fix something here fast please I really don’t want the last 6-7- years to be a waste.

I had the same issue but tracked it down to the XBOX app installed in Win 10 last upgrade. I have since uninstalled the app since I don't have an XBOX and had little to no issues. The only time I have problems now is during a windows update. If you don't care about the XBOX app here is a web link that I used to uninstall it. The in game customer service is not working its stuck in the forever loop of updating and unable to day anything.

I haven't received my M4-Y6 Astromech Droid yet and I played on the 4th through 7th and its now the 10th and nothing in my in game mail.

The credit spammers are now yelling on the fleets instead of posting them in chat. Is there a way to put a report spam option when they yell it on fleets. Other wise its a pain to try to make sure you have the name right when you create a ticket.

Chapter III: Out Lander The Scoundrels Stealth doesn't work and your spotted instantly. The only time it works is after the mobs kill you then you can stealth by.

Chapter II: A Dream of Empire Step Defeat the Monolith stage Can't be completed on Veteran Mode with a Sawbones Scoundrel solo with out a Companion. Lack DPS and can barely heal up between attacks and you can't interrupt it. You're also unable to heal, kite, and DPS it at the same time. I know Veteran Modes are supposed to be harder but I worked on this one for 20 min enough time for my Heroic moment to be used twice and all I did was able to do was get the Monolith down to 90% health.

OK quick question about the DvL event. Will you still get credit for achievement after the event is over? How it’s written it’s my understanding that as long as you do the achievement with a character made during the DvL event you will get credit for it. Is this correct, will we get the rewards after the even, or just what we’ve completed to that point?

I did Nico since I know he wont be killed off but now you locked him out. Jordan being naked and gun less is a glitch and a there is a work around but it doesn't affect the game. Granted its annoying but not a game stopper. Jordan I can see being a standard mmo video driver glitch works on some but not on others but Nico is not. Nico from what I heard was caught in PTS but apparently was ignored so now the players who have high influence on him are being punished. At least give us a companion the same influence as Nico perferably one that purchased or granted Treek, HK-51, HK-55, Arrk Dog, etc something that we know wont be killed off that's why I haven't really worked on the alliance companions that much got most of them to 10 and that's it to make them somewhat useful.

Does that also include the Blizz bonus achievements with speaking the the other Jawas on Hoth? Been to all four camps and there were no Jawas present but a lot of people with talking bubbles. Logged of several times, switched instances, even restarted the game several times and still nothing showing at the camps.

I am also having the same issue but I completed all for to 20. I got he speeders and stuff but the Legacy system still shows three out of the four still at level 10. The low level Heroics are not bad your level 12 and the mobs are 8 in Ore Mendel and go through them really fast with little chance of dying. However when you start getting to Voss and above you're the same level as the mobs after sync which takes a long time to complete depending on class. You're also can easily get killed since your dealing with mostly 2+ silvers and a gold. So if you could raise the level by 2 on the higher planet H2's it would help out a lot. With the tanks I can't even begin to tell you since they currently broken and have no absorb or defense rating yet and are under powered. With the Heroic Star Fortress I would go with who ever said Tactical 2+. Sorry can't remember who posted it or find it again.

I also agree; however I'm waiting to see if they do half and explain why they couldn't do the other half. Like i.e. we upped the dps but when we did Lana's head was on Nico's body and that why were waiting till next patch I can understand before I resub. Waiting to see if they pull another SoR with training costs. With SoR early access we were told training costs are here to stay, then 3 days before it went live with everyone else they took out the training costs. You guys are a step closer for me trusting you again with that apology but you still have a ways to go.

Chances are there going to be offering something shine to get people to resub. Tuesday or the Tuesday after the holidays to help us forget their screw up.

When you playing a healer YES I want them more powerful so I can work on my job keeping them alive and not trying to keep them and myself alive and doing dps.
