I got mine from 55 HM Mando Raiders bonus boss. I really like the look of a bit more heavy armor on my sentinel. This fits the bill perfectly and I like the white-ish color rather than the typical browns/tans.

I hear you, and I want pvp fixed. I don't like bolster's implementation and want it fixed if they're going to keep it which sounds like they are from all communication we've heard. What I will say is that i like to pvp. I pvp because it's fun and while I like to be the optimized I will not PvE just for BiS gear. I agree that it needs to be fixed so that PvP gear is best in slot in PvP. Sounds obvious right? I'm about half partisan half conqueror atm and plan to just keep filling out with conqueror for the HP mostly at this point. My main consolation is that in open world pvp I generally wreck PvE geared players pretty hard. Sadly the same cannot be said for warzones. I think a flashpoint/Operation bolster needs to be put in place . It can distribute Expertise back into main stat and secondary stats. Then everyone will be happy right?

Removing gear from an RPG is removing the progression part of it. The story part of accomplishing things. If you want a completely even playing field then I think another game or genre of game is for you. Of course everyone wants to play basketball like (insert best NBA player) but how many people are willing to put in the work/time? I'm lucky to get my PvP weekly done and do half of the dailies. I just don't have the time and have other duties. But I like the fact that their is gear progression. And I think it's actually tuned ok (bolster excluded). A well played character can defeat a better geared player.

I've noticed this as well on my Sentinel. Seems to occur in huttball the most frequently. It also seems to be the most common when I'm trying to change elevations. I've never been quite sure if it's due to latency and I'm not seeing everything that's occuring. Such as me leaping and then getting knocked back but not seeing all of that. But my internet connection is good, I'm sub-50ms latency all the time.

Definitely snipers. I play a Sentinel main and enjoy the challenge of a well played sniper.

Agreed, and from a reliable consistently high and easy to apply damage standpoint it's Rage>Carnage>Annilation (in organized PvP).

I like these ideas! The pvp zone could be on one of the other ships in the fleet and give people reason to go over there. Dueling could be instanced. That's fine with me. Create a party - click the button, walk through the green door to your own dueling room or whatever it takes. The other suggestions are money! I'm especially fond of the suggestions that encourage organic "open world" pvp.
