Have same problem. Which story version should I do? I tried Chapter 14, tried to use the companion locator, her holo-communicator says that shes already recruited. Shes listed under "other Contacts" as the only person. There is no summon icon for her.

Tried to replay Chapter 14, tried to summon her trough her holo-communicator (got message that she is already recruited?), tried to summon her trough the companion locator on Odesenn. Nothing works. Same thing here. This is basically a game breaking bug. After replaying chapters lost indefinitely: Jaesa and Pierce. Also several other companions are listed twice! Under "Unavailable Companions" and "Other Followers/Main Characters" - 2V-R8, Broonmark, HK-51, Vette. Also listed is Malavai Quinn - but this is normal since I did not bring him back from the Companions Terminal on Odessen. I'm afraid to replay any of the chapters - I don't want to lose more high level companions. Also, all are 25+, this is a big problem for crafting...

Same problem here on my Sith Warrior. Should I move to Yavin 4 and progress the story or wait till they find a solution to this? Will submitting a ticket help or are they already on the task? Since I see here this is wide spread and affecting all.
