  1. Biochem medpack heal around 4k life and got a situationally nice effect of increasing your maximum health. If you have 15k hp (wich is quite low) warzone medpack will heal you for 5250 hp. Moreover if you use cooldown to increase your maximum health as juggernaught can do, then warzone medpacks will heal you even more. Being a sorcerer heal almost full war hero geared I got myself around 19k hp. A warzone medpack heal me for 6650 hp, it's far more interesting than what a biochem medpack can do. With 1187 expertise I got : Damage : 22.55% Mitigation : 18.40% Heal : 12.46% When I use an expertise adrenal it goes up to : Damage : 37.55% Mitigation : 33.40% Heal : 27.46% Especially 33.40% mitigation, it's tremendous. It means that for the 25s duration of the adrenal as healer I just cannot get killed. There is no biochem adrenal that can get even close from that power.
  2. No this is false. If I have 21% augmentation damage a 100 damage hit would go up to 121 damage. If then your opponent have a 18% mitigation he would be hit by 121×(1 - 0.18) = 99.22 damage. In fact it's not exactly 18% and 21% and the percentage are calculated in order that if you hit someone with the exact same amount of expertise you have it would cancel out exactly.
  3. And therefore as it should be. MMOs are based on skill and gear, don't skip one.
  4. That's a clear exemple of you just being outplayed. No broken mechanics here.
  5. I can get the 2k5 heal at the very beginning of a huttball by shielding myself and not avoiding one tick of the fire pit. It does count, no doubt about it.
  6. The secret is in tank's guard. No dps can do more than 35k damage within 4 seconds.
  7. That is untrue if you have 6 to 7 as good dps as the healers are (1). But you need to focus fire (2) and use interrupts. Even for several healers working together (3) it's quite hard to survive a focus fire, and it is impossible with a tank's protection. So it would necessite 3 healers and 3 tanks to have a "virtually unkillable" team ? I don't see how you one can think it as an issue. Of course you cannot kill a team with only healers and tanks, nor should you be able to! (1) Most of the time this "as good" is the only issue. If the healers outplay you, then you would see them as unkillable. (2) I'm a healer myself and sometime I feel ignored by the opposite team to a point making me wonder if humankind is or is not beyong any hope of salvation... In such case I go in the middle of the fight, not hiding me in the slicest and tell the opposite team using /say command : "Focus me you idiots, I'm a healer!"... and I still get ignored. (3) Even 3 healers working together cannot be everywhere. There is 2 doors at voidstar, 3 points at CW and novare, unless the opposite team got 6 to 9 healers (and as much tanks? ^^) they cannot be unkillable everywhere all the time.
  8. Why everyone should be polite and respectful with one another? Does it achieve something? Why are you talking about achieving something? That's a video game!
  9. Because playing with friends is not just something you can do. It is the whole point of a MMO. Don't play a MMO if you want to play solo. And if you do it all the same, then don't hope to be on an equal footing than those who doesn't.

    Tank Math 1.2

Wich only prove that you know nothing about mathematics. If a dps with +12.5 hit a tank with a 100 damage attack he should deal 112.5 damage. But the tank has 12.5% damage reduction, he then take 112.5*(1-0.125)=98.44 damage (rounded up). It does not cancel out because percentages cannot just be added.

Well, if your base of thought is that wins and loss in wz are only a matter of luck, then I assume that I ought to be a liar. But, try to think a little (I know it's hard). If you lose 18% of your games, then someone somewhere wins 82% of his (do you really think every imperial does ?). I happen to think that being a healer playing along with a tank and two damage dealers all of them wearing battlemaster gear and being on ts might help me to win some wz. But I also might be wrong and it doesn't help, if that is the case me and my team are quite lucky indeed.

No, it is not Republic that lose all it's match, it's you. There are several explanation to that fact : 1) You play awfully and therefore your side has to deal with an incompetent and top win being 7vs8. That is a huge disadvantage. 2) Your stuff is crap. It is quite the same thing. Someone with 0 expertise would be rolled over by a battlemaster. Without any stuff, it is not quite different for your team between having you and nothing. 3) You play alone and are at a huge disadvantage if encountering any premade team. Since there can only be 4 pickup with a premade team and 8 without, you do got twice as much chance to be in a full pickup team than with a premade. I lose less than one wz over 30 (and with a hell of a good fight). Does that mean that imperials wins 97% of their wz ? Of course not, I just happen to tag with 3 other war heros and we got a TS channel. Wins are not a matter of random and the very fact that you think the opposite way is part of the reason you lose that much.

hmm, I think that it's YOU who has a 18% win to lose ratio. It may means that you are rather bad. Try to find friends to tag with. If you play alone (and poorly), you have little chance to win against teams of good players.
  18. Even in huttball that's horrible. You are indeed pretty much assured to goal if you take the ball. But you won't ! Without a marauder, who's not a healer nor a tank, you don't have predation and therefore will take the ball after a team that has one. After the first goal depending on your skill, you, or the opponent will take the ball at middle. And your opponents may not be able to kill you, but you're not able to kill them either. Therefore, whoever take the ball first score. Not that good of a matchup. At voidstar with such a compo neither you nor your opponents will pass the first door ending up with a tie. At Alderaan, if you already got a point then the opponent wont be able to take it bake again. But you won't get any point and that's game over.

  20. No. Pretty much answer it.

My best heal is 882k in alderaan. Me and my tank went middle and no one never captured it. In the same bg my tank got 372k protec. http://hpics.li/a1aa0bd I also got 717k heal on voidstar. http://hpics.li/f6938fd My best on voidstar is 752k heal but I don't have the screenshot :-(

    do you like being...

Being valor 71 doesn't mean you know how to play. It just means you played quite a lot (and still aint that much, I'm more ranked than you). You complain about every class being able to stun, which means you too are able to stun. Don't see any problem in here.
