I wasn't feeling very creative at first and went with MASSEFFECT, I recently changed it to Dresden though

I wish it would actually allow me to join a flashpoint/etc that i was slightly to high a level for. Just cause I am lv 38 I can't use it for a mission that is 32-36 of whatever? There are several missions I have skipped from before this finder was available.
