I witnessed this on Battle Meditation some time ago - it was a gunship pilot, dont remember the nick. He did that 3 times in a row during DM at their pub cruiser, when I was pursuing him. Aimed at the same spot and bounced in to his safe haven, but i dont think he was able to shoot through. There was a narrow gap, but couldnt get there the normal way.

I am curious if there is a way by comparing gsf achievements to see what was/is the learning curve for the pilots out there - especially curious about the best pilots. For example what skill achievements did u complete before u had 10,50,250... matches played in your starting server legacy. I know, there are many factors that would limit the objectivity of this - like the gsf state when u started to play or if u focused on one ship from the beginning or u rotated ships frequently, read the guide prior to playing and so on.

You can see, that matchmaking algorithm is not optimal, when the match is composed only from players from one faction and you know, that you could do a better job manually (even, when you take group queue restriction into account)

just to make it clear for me - if u pick engine overcharge, its worth to switch to power-to-engine so u will have another 50% engine regen, so you will have 150% bonus engine regen (100% from overcharge and 50% from power managment), right ? And in this case the speed buff should stack too (30% speed from overcharge and 20% from power managment)

When i am the only one near by, i usually slow down just to refill my engine pool and get the maximum of the powerup duration (providing its not the engine powerup). Another question - does the conversion and powerup regen bonus stack ? I dont think so, but i am not sure.

In a way, this video serves its purpose - we need more good pilots on republic side. Outside prime hours its more balanced, but still. I think, the whole purpose of this thread is to encourage ppl to at least try our server and strenghten our gsf community.
