I'm still unable to login several hours after this problem began. I tried changing my password, but there's no way I'm giving up my key fob, like many others have stated. I'd planned to spend the weekend playing so I really hope this is fixed soon. The key fob has been a very important part of my security since the game began so I've obviously gotten many years of peace of mind. Please don't take that away and find whatever the problem is soon.

Since we now no longer have a 2 day head start, does that mean everyone else is going to get their start day pushed back a day too?

Is anyone else having problems loading? Half the time it takes several minutes to reload and I've been getting an error message about too many people and that I should try later. So it's impossible to get codes entered in time

I set my schedule to spend the day playing but we've lost half the day already, even if the current possible fix works, which I really hope it does. I enjoy the q & a but have never once been fast enough, not with answers or the copy/paste. I know it sounds like I'm complaining but I'm really not. I completely understand how frustrating it must be for the devs and programmers and I'm not trying to add pressure. And I know there are plenty of other players in this boat with me, too. In fact, it's really great to see how many of us subscribe. My point is that as frustrated and excited as all of us are, I wanted to say thank you for the updates and for making sure that everything is as bug-free as possible. We wouldn't be here if we didn't love the game and appreciate everything you do to make it the best you can.

I know and agree, but it's still fun to try to figure out the answers. My problem is that I end up getting multiple posts at once so don't see a question soon enough to answer.
