Just curious....... How do Sentinel/Marauders have the "best" interrupts? Because they have to be in melee range to use their kick? Because they have to waste their "close the gap" ability? How is that the "best" when compared to ranged interrupts? AOE damage?!?!?! We have 1 AOE ability, Force sweep. We have 1 Cone ability. We have 1 CC ability, Awe, and any damage to the targets cancels it. Yes, we can tear apart a healer quickly, if they use no heals, no CC, no CDs. Guess what, we can be torn apart in seconds if we use no CDs also.

No, they are making it sound like you HAVE to take Surge on Enhancements if you want Crit or Power. That is patently false.

So why are you ignoring all the other possible stats? Crit/Defense Crit/Absorption Crit/Shield Power/Defense Power/Absorption Power/Shield Surge,Alacrity,and Accuracy are not the ONLY stat that is paired with Crit or Power on Enhancements.

Tiers just for which is better than which. So Tionese<Columni<Rakata. Since my guild has only been doing hard mode flashpoints so far, the only Rakata pieces I can accurately tell you are the implants and earpiece you gain from doing the daily missions on Belsavis and Ilum. The rest ( not including trade skill made Rakata pieces ) are earned from Operations. You do not need to earn a previous tier to be eligible for the next. When it comes to implants and earpiece, you should try to get the Rakata versions before the lower tiers.

Look at it this way.... Tionese is Tier 1 Columni is Tier 2 Rakata is tier 3 You get Tionese and Columni from running Hard Mode Flashpoints. You get most Rakata from running Hard Mode Operations. You can get the Rakata earpiece and implants with daily comms from running daily missions on Belsavis and Ilum. You will need to pick up the Daily and Weekly Hard Mode Flashpoint missions from the Fleet. These will earn you the Tionese and Columni comms you need to purchase the gear. You earn the Tionese crystals from the bosses in Hard Mode Flashpoints. The final boss in each Hard Mode Flashpoints also awards 1 "pattern" for a Columni piece. This can be turned in for the appropriate set piece at the vendors on Fleet without the need of crystals or comms. You can also purchase the pieces with a certain amount of crystal and comms, that you earn from the bosses and the daily and weekly missions, instead of the "pattern".

Is there more than 1 Fleet comm vendor at the Fleet? Fleet comms, the ones you earn from running space missions.

We see the exact same drops in HM Esseles everytime we have run it with a Sentinel, Sage, Shadow, Gunslinger. We get Tionese Stalker belt, Tionese Stalker earpiece, and Columni Knight bracers everytime we run it. No deviation.

After testing just now, this is what we had happening. It was not that we had to complete normal to "unlock" hard, it was we had the storyline mission to complete that flashpoint beforehand, and thereby did not have a choice of normal or hard mode.

They should do the exact same thing they did to all the Imps who based camped on day 1 of the 1.1 patch and farmed insane amounts of valor without the possibility of death..........nothing. I find it hilarious how many that defended that event, that also come here and complain about the kill trading. At least with the kill trading, you die every other round, and can only gain valor every 3min. That zergfest in the Rep base on day 1 of patch 1.1 had no such barrier.

This is even a problem for us. When we tried to share the mission for the hard mode, we got the "XXX is not eligible for this mission" for both he Sage and the Shadow.

Our regular nightly group..which consists of a Shadow,Sentinel,Sage, and Gunslinger, has run into this. The Sentinel and Gunslinger had run Esseles, Taran V, Battle on Ilum, and False Emporer on normal mode, but the Shadow and Sage had not. When we went to do any of them on hard mode, the Shadow and Sage could not get the mission nor enter the instance ( kept getting the message they did not have access when trying to enter ). Once we ran the 2 through each on normal mode, they were allowed to enter the hard mode. It is obvious, one of the 2 groups of people are bugged. Either some of us are bugged and cannot do a hard mode without completing the normal mode first, or some of you are bugged and able to enter them without doing the normal mode first. So now the question is.......which one is the bug?

Battle of Ilum, False Emporer, Esseles, Taral V, and Maelstrom would not let half of our pre-made join because they had not completed the normal version yet. Once we ran them through the normal version, they could then select the hard mode. How you are able to enter a HM flashpoint without completing the normal mode....... Either we are bugged and cannot do it, or you are bugged and can.

You can buy an orange belt off the fleet comm vendor. Need Social rank 2 for one and Social rank 3 for the other.

Since you obviously are not aware...... You will have to complete each Flashpoint on normal mode before you unlock the hard mode version of it.

Far cry from the 1 to 60 in 8 hours people are claiming.

Please do! You cannot go from valor 20 to 60 in 1 day. PERIOD. Some people are even claiming they have "friends" that went from Valor 1 to Valor 60 over night. Even bigger lie!

Well, seeing all the people on here saying they "know" it happens, they should be able to provide proof. No proof, you are just making up facts. I can easily sit here and say I "know" people who kill trade 24 hours straight, and only earn 200 valor. Without proof, I am also just making up facts. The burden of proof is on those making the claim.

No, it does not happen. No one has yet to be able to produce 1 single screenshot of someone going to Valor rank 60 overnight.

Good luck finding that "perfect storm" of variables needed.

It is impossible to go from Valor rank 20 to Valor rank 60 overnight. IMPOSSIBLE! All of you claiming you know people who have done this......put up or shut up. Post screenshots of your "buddy" being valor 20, with time stamp and date, and then post another showing them valor 60 within even 72 hours, let alone 8 hours. You cannot do it, because it is impossible.

Really?!?! You are claiming you can get from Valor rank 1 to Valor rank 60 in 1 or 2 days?!?! BS!!! To use a phrase all of you seem to love....... Screenshots of a Valor rank 1 with time and date, and the same character within 1 or 2 days being Valor rank 60 or you are just pulling out of your rear.

It took me 15 wins, to get the credit for 3 wins on the daily. To get 15 wins, I had to play over 40 matches over the course of 5 days ( I am Republic ). So I am averaging 1 credit for every 5 wins. Sounds more like a Weekly than a Daily. Now, I am still sitting at 7/9 for the weekly, and first started it over 2 weeks ago.

I guess the server you are on is populated with nothing but level 50s, right? How are all of those non-level 50 people supposed to get their daily commendations and equip the gear? Oh that is right, they cannot!

Funny, I have no problems selling the items I craft with Artifice. I also, look at what is currently up on the GTN, and then craft items that are not flooded on the market.
