Most of a game development team are "code monkeys". Also Graphic Artists on game teams fix bugs too. The people who dont "fix" (designers/producers) bugs are still needed to identify what bugs need to get fixed and how to fix them.

No they should not. It is for the easiest of the 3 raid difficulties only. They did it for a reason to prevent people from being cheated. It's a good idea that could use some improvements.

This is minor, but you don't want them to fix auto-looting because thats working as designed (expect maybe the relic bug you said). You want them to re-design Looting to allow Masterloot to be an option in Normal mode. I understand why they have done what they have done and i like it for pugs as it makes Ninja looting impossible. I think what would be perfect is if a group is 100% in the same guild that you allow master looting to be an option in any OPS.

You are pulling agro because you are playing with terrbile tanks. They should be able to easily hold agro on the boss and a couple of adds. Also i had to unbind my agro dump ability since i never used it, i am not far in end game yet ( a couple hardmodes and 4/5 EV) but healing threat seems very small. Also you have very good AOE heals as a sage, so tell your DPS to grab the adds (they should be doing this anyways) if they are on you so they can share tank heals.

Gear is given out before anyone opens the loot box, there is no option to pass. Other things like mats and schematics you can pass on but not gear. Please give a correct answer before posting next time.

Save yourself time waiting and google their response. They have already said its not something they are interested in doing at this stage, probably because they want servers to develop as a comunity before they do something like this.

You have those skills and can RE things but NOT augments. I have the same 3 skills and cannot RE augments. You can only RE things that your crafting skill can make.
