  1. Tantooine. Seriously, it was the second or third most prolific drop there. The only other ingredient I remember as being more ubiquitous was Hallucinogenic Seeds, which you'll also need.
  2. it's marked on your freaking map as your class quest! Argle blargle!
  3. The best use is to buy the containers, then mail the containers to a lower level alt. Since the contianers are the only things that aren't Bind On Pickup.

They are mission reward drops. Usually from the wolrd based Heroic 4s.
  5. Time and running missions. When you run a mission the slot begins a countdown. When it's done, it refreshs what mission it gets randomly as long as that mission is not currently in your list (which means you can have multiple Companions running the exact same mission it "timed properly"). I've had days where every mission I had (all four tiers) we're all LS misisons. I'm a Sith.
  6. I doubt it's a bug, or atleast it's a bug that affects everyone who has Diplomacy missions that fail.
  7. I do them in stacks of 5. If it's a green I generally get a schematic. If it's blue, it sometimes 2 or 3 stacks.
  8. 2 possible solutions, only one of which worked for me: Use Alt+Z, then CNTRL+U twice. This forces a UI reload. Reset the Quest. I had to do this on the previous class quest's end and it only resets it to the last step, which for this one is "Go to your ship's docking bay"... it might work for you guys.
  9. There should be a "Hood Up/Down" option to go with the "Mask/No Mask" option.
  10. I've been saying the Legacy System (in regards to surnames) was a stupid idea since it was announced. It's not likely to change. Someone up in the Dev chain was simply in love with this idea and now it's going to be stuck this way untill the game is shut down.
  11. Diplomacy sucks at leveling. Keep runing yellow missions. It'll climb slowly but surely and more options will open up. If it's simply not increasing in level when you run non-greyed out missions then try Customer Service.
  12. This game is not made for crafters. Crafting is not supported in the game system, it's pretty much only there if you really want to do it solely for the desire to do crafting. And that's strike two for me. Once I've played the Class Stories through, I'll probably sell my account and CE box to someone else.
  13. Eh... Now that I'm 20 levels higher than I was and further along in crafting... it's pretty obvious SWTOR crafting is not like any other crafting setup I'm used to from MMO's. Simple Answer: Yeah, the purple mat from your your current teir of crafitng will be insanely hard to get. However once you're past the time when you feel you need it, you'll find enough to get by. Side Note: Crafting is completely unnecessary in this game and that makes me sad.
  14. I've done 88 Diplomacy of which were A Cure for What Ails You, Know Too Much, Lost in the Mist, Strange Bedfellows, Balancing Acts, Double Dare, Small Steps, and Spin (the ones that give Binding Agent or Alien Blood as rewards). Only once have I gotten any units of Alien Blood. Am I just tragically unlucky or are the purple mats just that hard to find? Secondly, 4 out of 6 of the missions are always Light Side Missions. I've taken Companion Gift Missions on the hopes that would reset the missions and offer DS Medical Supplies, but it rarely does. Indeed, my 17+ DS missions have always been LS missions, the DS are alway Companion Gifts. Am I an anomaly or is Diplomacy weighted to favor LS? (Note, I'mplaying a Sith Sorceror, so my DS choices from my Story Quests are less than the norm for the Imperial faction, so DS points are "crucial" to me).
  15. I know for a fact that I've reverse engineered ten single items in a row and failed to get schematics. Only once have I ever failed to get schematics from a stack of 5-6. I've gotten around 20 schematics so far, so I'm convinced that doing a larger stack increases the odds.
  16. No. They will remain on "your ship" if you zone elsewhere (leave the ship, fly to a different sector, do a ship mission) and can leave it, doing so puts them into their own docking bay once they have their own ship.
