I did something very similar to that, if I had a male Merc BH, I went for a female Powertech. Female sniper, male operative and so forth on both empire and republic. Just as you said, for the different perspective and voice acting.

As it has been stated before, I was checking out the combat styles and I find it slightly annoying that I have to rearrange my abilities each time I switch (sorc madness to mara carnage and back again). I am guessing it is WIP and a fix will be in place. I do like the idea of switching but not if I have to spend 5mins moving abilities all over the place each time.

Well, I'd like to have a mask on my inquisitor with the hood up! But since I'm not able to do that, I stick with the head band so I can have the hood up. I think there should be an option for hood up or down no matter what head piece you have.
