  1. (1) JETPACK DISENGAGE - The Mercenary flies XX yards backward in the air for 2 seconds. You cannot be force charged for the duration. [Cooldown]: XX seconds. (2) JETPACK LEAP - Target a location on the ground to jetpack to it. The WoW warrior has a GTAOE (ground target area effect) leap that works like this. Here is a 40 sec video of what the mechanic looks like. This ability could be restricted to higher elevation as it is in WoW. For example, you wouldn't be able to jump from the pit up onto the goal line in Huttball. [Cooldown]: XX seconds. [Philosophy] Star Wars bounty hunter characteristics that we all know from the MOVIES are (1) cool armor (2) cool gun(s) (3) jetpack mobility. The jetpack allows them to take down foes that are far superior due to the MOBILITY it brings to the table. You see this in the movies too, especially with Jango in episode 2 when he duels Obi Wan. I mean, what are you thinking when you watch that duel? The top 3 qualities of course, but most of all that jetpack man... But in swtor, jetpack = lunchbox?.. The sith warrior really does capture a darth vader fantasy, as the sorcerer does with sidious. But playing a mercenary in SWTOR is nothing like this amazing video: Its more like this: Next expansion needs to add a little mobility for this class. Consider even removing the hydraulic overloads (slow & root immunity), we want jetpack mobility now paladin freedom of movement. Express yourselves my children, let bioware know so they can give us the pony we've always wanted. Would you like to see either of these abilities in the game? And if so which of the two?
  2. yeah objective interrupts would be a cool stat too for sure.
  3. There are always ways to compensate in an MMO. They can move numbers around in dmg, durations etc, whatever it takes. With the level cap increase there may even be new abilities who knows. So saying thaat certain classes would be unplayable is not narrow minded, just false imo. However i giggled when i read your post. CC in this game is nuts everyone knows that, but this thread is sincerely for the scoreboard stat, and how interesting of a stat it would be to see at the end of each match. It brings more light to what happened in the battles for that match. I always wonder how long i was cc'ed for, and how much more healing/damage i would have had if i was cc'ed less etc. And how much i was cc'ed compared to others; curiousity.   4. I would love to see this as a new pvp scoreboard stat: TOTAL TIME CC'ED (seconds/minutes). TOTAL TIME your character cc'ed others (seconds/minutes). "You would be able to see who uses CC strategically, and i think most of all, how comically disgusting CC actually is in this game. If this was added into the game it would be my favorite stat by far haha. I would check the top people that got cc'ed for giggles. It also brings some clarity to what happened that warzone. If you were riiiiight under your buddy in total dmg done, but you were stunned for 2 minutes longer than he was throughout the warzone fights, that means you were #1 basically lol. You could play games like that, etc. I also think it may help bring some interesting statistics to the game developers, and perhaps persuade them to reduce CC durations, or even increase cooldowns on certain CC's etc. Thoughts anyone?   5. ouch man. Do you realise that BioWare will likely increase the population cap per server after the official release of the game. Right now 60% of the servers have wait times (some worse than others) during primetime, because when the game comes out, they want everyone to spread to all the servers, and not just flock to the top. You should not have deleted your toon. Maybe rerolled another server and then considering returning back to him later if the wait time goes away.
