I would like to see a set bonus change back to the old free railshot, or just bake it into upgraded arsenal. I would also like to see a barrage proc also reduce the heat cost of the next unload as well. Pinning Fire doesn't really seem to do enough to merit two talents points. It would be nice if it made Unload castable while moving.

Except, armor mitigates kinetic and energy damage. Elemental damage and internal damage ignores armor.

If I had to call it? People got pissed when BioWare's idea of where they want the classes didn't match up with peoples expectations of where they want the class. IE invincible and able to force choke the Deathstar from full until dead inside of 1.5 seconds, and the ability to make a killer cheesecake at the same time.

They used to stack, but after the 1.3 patch, it is a flat -20% debuff.

Better resource management, not sure how this would be achieved AND I want to feel more like a BH and hunt bounties. I spent close to a year grinding on my Trandoshan Tera Kasi Master ( In the navy, on sea duty, subs.) Then, it was just gone. I didn't want that, and I didn't want the NGE shoved down my throat. I got both, so I departed the game and never returned, nor will I give SoE anymore of my money. I don't know if it got any better, I just never really cared. It probably had something to do with being in the military at the time, and having stuff crammed down my throat with little to no choice , and this time it happened, and I DID have a choice, so I departed for Azeroth. Never to look back. Although I was a bit sad and nostalgic when it did close down...
