Same here. I've always run Ashara with customization 1. I'm now having to take a break leveling my SI while I wait for a fix.

I've submitted bug reports and made a thread here as well. No responses either. It's not only Ashara's customization, it's a lot of togruta npc as well.

It's not like anyone can see your alignment points other than you. If you know you are not on the light side completely that should be all that matters.
