this means people that paid last week will get 4 days of early access. That is really good.

Tommorow is the 1st day of the "advertised" 5 day pre-order and invites will be for pre-orders up untill the last week of November. That is pretty awesome IMO. This means even the last minute pre-orders could get as many as 4 days of early access. That is a whole heck of a lot more than we expected two weeks ago. Opening 2 days early was a great decision

Bioware gets an A The two extra days helps to ensure that all players will get the most out of their 5 days. This was smart decision. Had they not done this tommorrow would be the 3rd day of early access and alot of people would not be in before the 20th. Now everyone will get at least 2 or 3 days out of the 5 days advertised.

October 1st. Bought in August from gamestop and did not get a pre-order code so i finally canceled and bought from Amazon. I love Amazon, they do good business.

I thought about this because like you I took off from work. I am going to assume that there is no schedule because they uncertain of how many will be let in with each wave. Personally i would have prefered an email with a date, much like beta testing did. Though, I can understand there methods.

Personally I am enjoying my last couple days of SWG. So, I don't need early access just yet TBH. When SWG is closed and i don't have access to TOR yet, maybe i will go surfing.

I /agree with your theory. I am thinking that was the point of the extra two days. I am glad others see it this way. I am thinking everyone gets 4 or 5 days early access.

if you include early access as DAY 1 then today is DAY -1, Tommorrow is DAY 0 and then Early Access Begins, and i bet you get an invite too on DAY 1 or DAY 2 at the most.

We recieved access two days before the actual 5 day early access advertised when you pre-ordered. If you read the post from Bioware about early access and staggered launch, they pointed out that the first couple days the preorders were massive. I know YOU PAID for early access but early access does not start for 2 more days. I believe we recieved these two extra days as to accomidate players regardless of when they ordered. So, rather than start letting people in on the 15th they let people in on the 13th, this way more players will get in before December 20th. Come Friday I expect players to be playing even if they ordered in December. We can have these two extra days to thank for that. So chill peeps, wait to be aggro after the 15th.

Today and tommorrow i will be playing SWG. SWTOR is going to be a new exciting way to visit the SW universe, and it does have coruscant which shoudl be a stable to any proper SW MMO in my opinion. Too bad my sith assassian can't visit it though.

I would like to roll on a RP server. I am a bit new to RP as there was not alot of that is SWG but i would like to try it out. I do alot of PvP at end game. What could I expect on an RP/PVP server? The idea seems fun IMO, but what keeps it from becoming another PVP server over time?

Wait untill the 15th. Then you can worry about pre-order. When you did pay you were told up to 5 days, not 7 days. I have a theory that the 2 days ealry thing is to push out the first massive pre-order's to allow for more people to be given pre-order access. Have some faith, you will get in. You are correct about it not being a gift, but these first two days are kind of extra.

We probally got the extra two days access to allow every to get some early access. I had some gamestop pre-order code issues personally and ended up canceling and then buying from amazon. Would be kinda lame to not get any ealry access since had i not canceled from gamestop I could just pick the game up on the 20th and not have had to pay shippping. /shrug I would not cancel now, you may still get access. I bet most of the pruchases were made the first couple days and most of those people will be in by tommorrow night. The rest of the five days will be easier.

I personally don't care either way and i put my pre-order in kinda late due to some gamestop issues, but according to the description on amazon and on the box, you "are" paying for early accesss. I am confident that everyone will get some early access TBH. I think this is why the waves started two days early.
