I love the music in SWTOR, I grew up listening to the Star Wars soundtrack before falling asleep, the themes are second nature to me, I'm sure I'm not the only one. . I've been playing this game since launch, yet I only just realized something that lets me down throughout the game.
During cutscenes throughout the game the use of music creates an atmosphere that helps define the story. However, when I'm travelling between cutscenes, I often come across a complete absence of music and the only thing I can hear is the hum of my speeder. This lack of music slowly eats at you and forces the atmosphere of the game to become stale. In other MMO's such as World of Warcraft you can see this is an important aspect of the game, they are constantly providing the player with ambient music. If Bioware was to increase the usage of the great music at their disposal during non-cutscene moments, then I truly believe the games atmosphere would feel more alive. Just a suggestion.
