  1. DEV's do not seem interested in earning the money we pay for a game that once was an MMORPG. Now it's an RPG that you pay money for to get full access. Since community feedback is not considered by the Dev team and the SWTOR powers that be...I....like you have voted with my money. They don't earn it, and from the look of this don't plan on earning it. Best of luck all. May the Force be with you.
  2. I can find and agree with multiple items brought up on the posts above. If you can answer this question in 50 words or less; and then determine if that is the experience you are getting then SWTOR is the game for you. If not....then perhaps other games are in your future. Question: What do you most enjoy out of MMORPG's? My Answer: I like to be competitive and engage in end-game content with those friends I have made online. Overcoming a challenge gives me a feeling of accomplishment. This is what I enjoy. That is why I would pay money. Overall, the Dev's have limited plans for new ops content. The most consistent content is Cartel Coin items. With the recent announcement and the non-attention given to bugged Ops I've decided to vote with my money. SWTOR no longer earn's the monthly subscription for me. I'm not hear to tell you what to do, but if you are frustrated and you aren't enjoying the time you play and aren't getting your money's worth then vote with your funds. May the Force be with you.
  3. I agree with the original poster of this thread. I have retired my Mara from raiding as well since the mechanics certainly seem to favor ranged classes or those that have some significant AOE built in. One thing I would like to see since pretty much most other classes/specs have this built in is Procs. I am well aware that various tree's in Mara have procs but I think ours need to be re-evaluated. Anni certainly needs some review on that. I would say more but I'm sure there are better ideas out there that have been posted.
  4. You are correct! Battle Master robes. Medium armor crafted. Check the GTN. I think they look great w/ Black/Red dye module.
  5. Granted I have to raid a bit more and cannot comment on other classes DPS out puts. I'm currently in mostly NIM gear w/ a the pre-3.0 4-set bonus. I've hit sustainable numbers just shy of 4k w/ overall consistent numbers of 3.7k on raid bosses. No I do not have saved parses. I've raided in all specs and Anni is so far the best but Fury seems quiet promising as well. DPS output certainly is contingent on fight and you spec for best DPS. Hope this helps. I'd say get to know both specs very well.
  6. So...upon discussion w/ some guildies. More then a few of us thought that perhaps the Matrix Cube could be something more. Quest based to progress the item further. Perhaps add some Shards to increase the power and make it an item that was worth pursuing and worth keeping. This is meant for inputs.

  8. Agreed. This tactic and mobile/phase fights adds a bit more dmg. In the end nothing really game changing. But if you can get an extra 10-12k dmg from Rupture in a boss fight without jacking up your rotation.....then do it. Personally I always have it somewhere in my rotation. Good for nuking a mob, and wait for it to die as you engage another mob (trash/low level of course)
  9. I can see the craft-able part, but, this is an opportunity to have content introduced. I say let us complete some sort of quest line that upgrades our existing item. In addition to make it more lucrative make the stats competitive and perhaps the ability to add 2x Augments slots (or really any item modification options but with an additional slot).
  10. When I burn Berserk as Carnage I go through rage faster then a fat kids eats a cake. "Well put some strikes in there" some may say. "NO" is my reply. The changes to Berserk for Carnage is a negative. I'd rather get more Massacre's off overall with a full bar of rage then zip through it in 3 seconds and ultimately do less damage with a full rage bar. If they aren't going to fix Berserk and Alacrity then increase how much rage we can have in our rage bar.

  12. I've used MOX parser w/ the DPS popout to determine my DPS output on the Ops dummy. Annihilation is good, but, on those fights where one must move around a lot the dps cycle has a chance to let the buffs drop off (note NOT ALL the time...just saying). Ultimately I prefer carnage. When done right it is exceptional. I routinely see 3.5k crits when spamming Massacre. And yes, it is bursty, but I find I can sustain a rather high DPS and burst a boss significantly when needed. Both are good. I just find Carnage to be superior for my play style. (important variable for Carnage is Wep Dmg since Ataru scales with it. It's in the tooltip)

  14. Not saying we need a Ravage w/out moving. Would be to much since we skill points built into the Carnage tree at least to lock ppl into it. But reducing the cast time would be over all beneficial and/or adding a spec flavor benefit to it.
  15. Just take a gander at the Assassins set bonuses and the DPS BH set bonuses. And also justify how one would think that Vicious Throw is NOT a PvP oriented ability.....3 rage for sub-par dmg and a healing debuff....on PVE gear. 15 Seconds off a 3 min CD ability is horribad.
  16. Concerning the Marauder set bonuses: I've observed we have one of the worst 2 piece and 4 piece set bonuses in the game. At what point will the community be consulted to review these bonuses? Vicious Throw? Unacceptable. 4 Piece is just as bad. 15 Seconds off of Frenzy is inappropriate compared to other bonuses other classes have. I suggest the bonuses go such as this in order to take into account the other PVE specs for this class. Annihalate and Carnage. Rage is obviously a PvP spec so not going to play to much to that one. 2 Piece bonus: +10% to Power or Off-Hand damage is increased by 10% 4 Piece bonus: Ravage channel time is reduced by .75 seconds or Ravage has a 100% chance to refresh Rupture DoT or 100% chance to get a Ataru form strike per hit. (The last one will help smooth out the Carnage and Annihilation dps rotation) Looking for in-put on this. I really think the bonuses as they stand are completely inappropriate and need to be passive bonuses like other classes.

  18. Not sure if other guilds/ops are having this issue, but, the first boss in EV is non-functional. We have successfully taken down the towers multiple times with different resets and different owners of instance. If there is not a mass crash to desktops then the boss does not spawn. We may on occasion and certainly have seen the fact that the tower down's have been acknowledged by game/boss and yet no boss to actually combat. Additionally ppl get stuck IN the towers so this is a problem. Overall this needs to be corrected. It is the only Ops instance implemented currently so I am aware that there is likely going to be issues. But the game is live, ppl are looking to do this content and not matter what options are used it is currently un-complete-able. Please give this issue the highest level of importance.
