But Falleens look so ugly and Ikotchi?!?! I think you have a thing for species that look like the spawn of satin But thats no different than how Miraluka have different eye covers. I would definitely add Togruta to my list. I can't believe I forgot them! I could see Bioware being reluctant to include species that wouldn't be able to have visible headgear (practically all the species listed so far).

So this is hypothetical... Bioware introduces FOUR new species in patch 2.6. Which four would you pick and why? My Answer: Nautolan because they speak basic and I read comments begging for them all the time. Voss because you could make the unlock process a long a complex quest line ending in the ability to buy it with Cartel Coins... we have to pay and work for it Mon Calamari & Quarren Since these two species share the same planet it makes sense to introduce them together with the first water planet in SWTOR... Dac... story setting: "An Aeon old conflict erupts on the planet Dac. The Jedi council is right to suspect Sith influence, but will only realize the sources of their dark power when it is too late." One thing to note is that all the species I chose are ones currently in the game. I figure that these ones would make for realistic choices for Bioware to achieve 5 patches from now (minus a new planet lol).

/sigh I will probably make a sniper once the Cathar unlock pops up on the GTN. It's not that I couldn't use Cartel Coins... its just why use them when I have more credits than things I want to buy

I have mixed feelings on this topic... I feel that both sides make some good points what I would have like to see was something in between. Ex: Pay Cartel Coins for species change Pay Cartel Coins for new customization options (white eyes) Pay Credits for appearance changes (lots of credits) I like my character looks and will not be changing them, but if a new look came out I would buy it and use credits to change a current characters look. As it stands I will probably do neither because it reminds me of double taxation

The choices were pretty limited and the results were not overwhelming. What I think it really came down to is that people all have there own favorites. For example, Mine is Mon Calamari and Quaren, but most people don't care about them. So think of it this way: 40% vote Cathar 20% vote Togruta 20% vote Sarkhai 20% vote Ewok twice as many people voted for Cathar than any other species, but 60% of the people who voted complain that their choice wasn't selected. only difference is that there were more like 10 options so... closer to 80% of people chose something other than Cathar. Lawyered (guess that quote)

Sniper all the way! but I can't decide on male or female. operative class story is the only one I've done mostly dark, and lets just say I want my Cathar to see the light I guess I should level up all my 50's before I do that... only 4 more to go and no time to do it.

I've never played D&D before, that's cool that I Incorporated by accident! I was leaning towards him being a Hutt who wants a seat on the Dark Council even though he is not a force user... He's trying to capture the Oblitus to absorb there force power using a secret Rakata ritual. Hah! I could totally see a Deshade! For my vision, Azrael could be a dumb fat Cathar, think of the imperial trooper on Voss who makes mumbling noises.

I'm off early from work and a very important question popped into my head! If Papa Smurf was a Star Wars character, who would he be? What would he be like? What would you name his species? give me some creative stories! My short story (I'll try to post a longer one if I have time later): Papa Smurf is the leader of a group of Chiss outcasts, called the Oblitus, banished to an isolated planet in the Outer Rim. The banished group was bound together by there shorter than average stature and strong affinity for the light side of the force. The Chiss Ascendancy had many reasons to banish their short brothers. They preached peace and separation from the empire, but what scared Chiss leaders the most was what they did to those that threatened them with harm... Holding to their peaceful beliefs, the Oblitus would place an attacker into a powerful Force Mind Maze. While there the attacker would be given nearly impossible challenges to test themselves. The Oblitus have said that those who return from Force Mind Maze will gain inner peace and strength. To date no one placed in a Force Mind Maze by the Oblitus have ever regained consciousness. OK, not exactly what I had in mind when I started writing it... but I had fun with it. whats your story?

Eric, Communication communication communication... I can not deny that I am frustrated with the Cartel Market and its use for customization options. Here are some reasons for my frustration: 1: The advertisement for the expansion implied the inclusion of the Cathar species w/out indicating that it would cost extra 2: I literally have nothing to spend credits on other than the GTN (I'm worried about credit inflation) 3: If it cost 600 cartel coins to get Cathar, then that means I would have to wait 2 months before being able to put a new face on my ugly smuggler What would be even more beneficial and dare I say a good Idea... would be to do a video demonstrating the customization feature and how price of it will be determined.

Yikes! I would recommend you put 2.1 on the PTS before taking it live. Eric, I question the long-term cost/benefit of reword terms of agreement to meet quarterly earnings expectations. Really look at the vast MMO options people have and what quality of life features are expected in an a game and what is just fluff. My two cents: This game already has a serious lack of species options. If you want to start charging for them, you should introduce 10 and charge for 3... sounds extreme, but consider how many people will defect to other games if you over do it and then realize Star Wars has a reputation for diversity.

You hit the nail on the head with this! Great ideas!!! moving the vehicle quest to the achievement section alone would free up 4 quest slots. Having to pick up the PvP dailies has never made sense to me (we get the daily fp credit without picking up a new quest).

So right now a persons light/dark side alignment doesn't impact the game. What if your alignment would change the color of some abilities. For example: Sith Sorcerer lightning would blue if light side / gray for neutral and purple for dark side You could even have different shades of the colors based on the level of dark/light

Hah! totally did the same thing the first time I did this mission. This mission is a royal pain... I normally do H2's solo for added challenge while leveling. Nothing is more frustrating than clearing an entire area then being forced to RE-CLEAR the entire place because you fail at the end because one person running around clicking is not easily done w/ server lag or just difficult to visually click... Takes all the fun out of the challenge

My heart skipped a beat at the idea of a Space Garage... I would kill 100 ewoks for a Space Garage... I would Kiss a Bantha for a Space Garage... I would really like some options for my space ships

well... I've been preparing for Rise of the Hutt Cartel by maxing out bank tabs, getting legacy perks, getting lvl 50 equipment for ALL companions so that I can switch between them a bunch. This weekend I'm going to get all my HK units to 6k affection with gifts and do all dailies on all characters without turning in quests. If you've guessed why... its so that I can turn them in all at once on the 9th and get an extra jump on leveling

Since sparkle powder is made from ground up Nexu bones, I am afraid I'll only buy it in when dressed as a sandperson on Nar-Shadda. There are at least nine intergalactic treaties protecting the Nexu from illegal hunting, but really who doesn't enjoy throwing sparkle powder all over there ship!

I've read why developers don't want it in the game, but its like owning an elephant and not being able to ride it... I've qued as a tank in Group Finder on The Bastion and still not had a group after 45 min... If you really want a group the best place to go is fleet general chat. They should make it cross server because when max lvl characters get geared they stop do FP's, which means the longer a level cap exists the fewer players will participate in FP's (if you know a bit about stats the distribution plot of time on the x-axis and player count on the y-axis would most like be positively skewed). Not to mention people who don't want to group with people from other servers can still use general chat to find a group.

If we want to look like Michael Jackson, charge us money If we want to cut our hair just hand us some scissors and let us cut it as much as we want... Bioware please keep in mind for 600 cartel coins one or two of these features isn't unreasonable... but as it stands now it takes me three months to get the CR-17 for one of my characters... I have 8... Will I even be able to get a haircut on two characters in one month?

I wish I could answer this question! I loved my scoundrel's play style so much I rolled an Operative for the agent story-line. Since I often bite off more than I can choose, its nice to vanish and save yourself just before death. However, I loved the agent story line so much that I'm going to replay it as a sassy Cathar Sniper. I'll give you a real answer after that
