  4. since your new patch I can only get the launcher to state its updating then announce only a single instance can run and the launcher disappears Ive tried the fix launcher from my files to no effect

    Healers

    Whats the point of having healers in the game then if you want them all down in under 6 seconds? Im sure you'll be happy when your pocket healer goes down at the same rate judging by this? BH Merc's specced correctly are difficult to take down as are commando's although they are usually healing others not themselves. Op' s and smugglers are now the OP healers and yes can be hard to beat down but then if you are using your stuns and interuppts correctly they are no more difficult than any other class.
  6. yes they were the difference in ranking points between winning losing sc****** 4 medals gaining 20 was so slim it made no difference how well you did which isnt a fair reflection On another note to that though .......we told them a long time ago
  7. considering how the pvp queue is done it is more probable that your 8 man will come up against another 8 man more often than a pug. Solo queue pops quicker than a 4 man queue due to available slots and place in queue. 8 man automatically fills up all the slots so no need to wait for singles to fill up the slots. All warzones can now be same faction so no need to wait for huttball or worry about server faction imbalance. MOST guilds can field 8 man teams at somepoint makes sense to allow us the opportunity to try this out before the ranked system comes into play
  8. I know bothered me also but if they've given everyone the extra time to "figure out our teams for ranked warzones and get geared out for ranked warzones give us the 8 man teams to practice for ranked warzones
  9. Can a Dev please clarify if we are allowed 8 man UNRANKED pre made teams tommorrow or not. I've yet to find a definative answer on yes or no. I understand 8 man teams were meant for ranked wzs and as we all know ranked wz's arent in the patch, however you did state new methods of getting war hero gear to help sort out your teams" ( difficult to sort out teams if you dont have a team to practice with??? unless you are adding that ability in 1.2) and the " first phase will be full team, eight-player queueing only" (meaning its not in tommorrow for unranked and will be later on?? ) The answer seems to be a bit vague so a little clarification or a simple yes you can queue 8 man pre made or no its still 4 man max would be helpful thanks

  11. I think its safe to assume that Ilum is "not working as intended" so how bout some ideas for fixes. Heres a few so lets hope Devs take some notice!! 1. Seriously just get rid of Ilum as a "pvp zone" Its badly designed badly layed out and now theres no real reason for the "assault zones" Outlaws Den is great but no one uses it Small suggestions Instanced zones Forget Ilum its clearly not nor never has worked. Try basing it on an outlaws den or other planets give it a max of say 50 per side (helps with the inbalanced numbers) If folks want to kill trade in there fine doesnt effect real people trying to pvp. Give proper rewards for world pvp Valor and Comms for killing an enemy player within FIVE levels of the planet level Fix the warzones Too many exploits and bugs in these please dont bother adding more until you fix whats not working!

    Another nerf thread.

    Heavy armour means nothing in pvp that I can tell you NO Bh only has one instant attack that geneerates so much heat you get to use it once and you're down to blasters, we have one stun that lasts for 3 seconds and cooldowns over 30 I will guess you are another one of these glowbat sorts that thinks they are invincible cos they have a glowbat, newsflash you're not Glowbats are insanely overpowered with a myriad of high hitting attacks, damage negating stuns and of course the famous huttball sprint and leap. I suggest you research more before spamming more nerf this nerf that.........better still stick to healing

    it takes 7.5 seconds to spam 5 tracer missiles whilst standing perfectly still..... if you cant notice a BH bending over and a large flame trail coming out his rear (best animation in the game IMO) you arent really paying attention. Death from above is only useful against multiple targets again its easily interupted and is announced by that BIG RED sith emblem ontop of you........again your failure to notice this means you arent paying attention. It also takes one dot one stun one knockdown for the process to have to be repeated, if youve already hit the DFA you're on a long cooldown. Seriously you people need to stop the complaining and learn to combat classes instead of yelling nerf over something you havent the knowledge to beat.
  15. Well now they wont be getting the same xps valor comms and credits for losing so its in their interests to participate. Ive already reported two "afkers who stealthed up hid in the corner and did nothing keep on doing it and hopefully bioware will hand out one of its famous infractions we may see a decrease.

Wow fails at PVP it was never deisgned for pvp , Pvp was something they added to appease , their system is awful its unbalanced theres no world pvp of any consequence their warzones frankly they are kiddies games. Wow was made for big groups of people to go and dungeon raid so one piece of loot drops it plays on your " I must get that so I need to go raiding for that though its going to take me 20 go's to get that format....... so dont even TRY to compare this to wow pvp not going to happen
