"Skip straight to level 60 and start playing Knights of the Fallen Empire. Your character will have already completed all previous story content, including all previous expansions." That's directly from the screen to create a 60 character, and the important part is underlined in bold. Our characters have completed the content, not skipped it. Not getting the titles for content the character has supposedly completed is strange, when the titles are the reward for completing the story.

Having this problem even now, has anyone found a solution?

Can confirm, got credit for smuggler when I logged out after hitting 65 on my knight (my only story completion character)

After electing to spare the chancellor and taking the escape pod, I was taken to the Tyrant ship (where the objective of the quest is supposed to be located,) but I was sent to the phase of the Tyrant for a class quest much earlier in the bounty hunter series. Relogging does not fix it, leaving the area and returning does not fix it, resetting the quest does not fix it, and I can't get back in to the phase where I took the escape pod to try again.
