That would simply come down to communication, start all together on the same server ect or if they started before you then server space will come free later after people leave or accounts become inactive. There are always server transfers to solve that problem. It's simply my personal preference and it wouldn't effect pre-launch guilds as they all got server allocations.

Instead of a queue they should have made population caps, if the server has the maximum allowable accounts on it then you can't create a character on it period. No queues.

I totally agree with most of the comments here, any queue over 10 minutes (and I find that and extremely long time to wait) will have me looking for another MMO after the 30 day free period. I just don't have the time to wait 30 minutes + to get into a game.
