My plans are only to log my level 65 toons because levelling is already too fast as it is.

I tried it 8 times to get armor skins and was able to create it the 9th time to make the actual char I wanted to have. So yeah my guess after deleting my toons 8 times I'm guessing you do get your option to create a lvl 60 back. So yes can confirm it does work when you delete it before level 61.

Uhm I did. Armor can't be sold and it's legacy bound. I use them for my costume slots. Some have some decent looks.

None of the ambient machines work in my Stronghold too. Got them all and can click over 9000 times on each one but it remains quiet.

Expertise is an issue for casual pvp-ers but I would pvp more if some people would be acting less like a newborn baby crying over their spilled milk bottle . I loved to pvp in the early days of SWTOR but that was before people decided that writing in caps and shouting random insults to others and their own team mates made them "pro".

The bonus was only till KOTFE became live. It's gone now. But there's now level scaling and levelling with only heroics/story missions made me a lvl 65 in less than 2 days.
