  1. Bodyguard, great for single target. Terrible for aoe/group. I'm not sure we're as useful as other healing classes, no interrupt, no pull, no stealth, no speed. I miss the survivability we had at release, I find Kolto Shell to be quite useless. Would like something done to it to make it interesting/worth re-casting in a fight(temporary shield/damage reduction?)

  4. I don't think the game will ever have cross server anything. Going by the history of EA mmo's; DAoC, Ultima Online, War none of them ever got it. What they've always done is character transfers or server merges. I wonder if the game has any devs working on it that know enough about that side of the game to make it. Maybe it's because they were too old and it's new tech? I'd be happily surprised to see it though. Is an excuse for not putting an expensive devs time in to the game.
  5. This is a trend you see in app sales for smart phones, the lower your cost, the higher the user base. It's been used to save mmo games from the bin with the f2p method, but how about halving the subscription/game box cost instead?

I'm finding this game has a lack of fun or soul or something along those lines, it's difficult to put your hand on what exactly it is that's missing but after playing the game for a long while it just doesn't excite me anymore. I used to play DAoC as my mmo before this, that game was a lot of fun in PvP and had a thriving community, it still has today. I don't find myself going in to warzones and thinking yes, we're going to beat them lets work together but just want to win to get the comms :/ maybe that's just me. It's a similar story with the PvE, I don't go in to hard encounters thinking of the feeling when I/we kill something that's hard for me/us to do or get too excited about the loot that drops.

  8. You must have missed the PvP Armour Vendor by all the level 50 vendors. He sells full suits of armour, implants and ear pieces for a few different spec types for each class at level 20, 40 and there is a PvP Weapons Vendor by the daily terminal who sells weapons from 14-46. Also you get boxes which you can buy for level 10, 20, 30 or 40 green items.
  9. I'd like to be able to move certain buffs/debuffs individually. For instance Barrage on Mercenery I'd like to move to the center and make bigger. I'd also like to be able to bring forward/send back/bring to top/send to bottom certain windows. Could you either add a Grade Level search for materials to the GTN or change the level of the item to the grade level.
  10. Come up with some funny or witty lines to use in Trade Channel when you put your crafted goods on the GTN. Currently I'm using: Shooting Blanks? Buy [Exotech Reflex Stim] today and you'll increase your Aim and Power so you'll always stay on target!
  11. Have any of you guys come across this boss yet? It's a secret boss that is hard to find. It kills me instantly, can't be targetted and is actually just a chair. Anyone downed it yet? Back row of the cinema.
  12. Well this thread quickly became pointless. Well done you two. Low level warzones can't be compared to end game. Whatever you're doing in them now, won't be what you'll be able to do against experienced fully geared players. Use Jet Boost, kiting dps, Stun Dart, kiting dps, Concussion Missile, heal and kite. Then lay the smacketh down. With luck you do more then tickle them before falling over.
  13. Bump, I was just about to make a thread about this. Considering Smuggler is one of the two classes that uses these items it would be handy to either have an item on the droid or a companion that has it.

  15. My brother Reverse Engineered one of these y'day. Didn't get the schematic though, I suppose it's a one in five chance? It doesn't say No Research Available on the tooltip, but it also didn't say Chance to Research a Schematic: 20%

Fingers crossed Flame Thrower will increase to Legacy level!
  17. I was hoping they'd up the damage of flamethrower Seeing as it's generally useless in pvp
  18. I just noticed this, is Flamethrower supposed to do this much damage? Because other Legacy abilities don't get this damage buff, do they? I asked an Op if he gets double damage on his Legacy Orbital Strike and he said no.   21. Seeing that voice acting has been used as the prime drive for this game creating story in PvE I was thinking that maybe we should be able to use it in PvP too. Similar to how it works in online FPS's(such as Counter Strike or Team Fortress 2), it would be useful for communicating with the team, say character is standing at the West side of Civil War on his own and has incoming. He could press a button to bring up a menu and press a number to have his character broadcast over the comm. "Incoming, West Turret. Require assistance" and so on. I'd enjoy having this aspect in PvP as it makes more users able to communicate easily, there's one problem it introduces and that is voice spam. Which can be really annoying, and useless.
