Its not entirely useless in PvE, you just have to use it with caution. It knocks down weaks and does splash damage, so whenever I have an enemy low on health Ill change over to another weak and knock him down as well as finish off the other who was low on health. Its situation for sure, but since it is instant and has no CD, it has to have a high heat cost. That's the tradeoff.

I have this exact same problem. I created a ticket and just got an auto response that it's a known issue.

I leveled all the way to 50 as an assassin spec'd into madness. I absolutely loved it. I did the deception tree during beta and didn't like it even close to as much. Madness doesn't focus on stealth at all. Instead it focuses on AoE via Death Field and then DoT's, shocks and Thrash attacks. Perfect for leveling an Assassin. For golds/silvers you open with death field, then put your discharge dot and Creeping Terror dot on the mob and then shock and thrash. You will occasionally proc Raze which gives you a free insta-cast crushing darkness. All the dots keep your force high thanks to the calculating mind talent. When your death field ticks run out, re-apply death field and your dots as necessary. For aoe packs you death field to open and then pick them off one by one via shock and your kick/execute abilities (forgot their names already).

I found it finally...you need to go into the stateroom in the Thul Palace. It doesn't show up on your minimap because the stateroom is a separate room. Wow that was painful. There was nothing that directed me there besides torhead.com.

I'm looking for some assistance. I just got done with Hoth and did all of my class quest stuff. After that the class quest sent me to Belsavis, but all the quests there are still orange to me. They seem to be level 42/43 but I'm only level 40. I've done all of the bonus quests I've found. According to torhead.com, there's an alderaan bonus series that begins at level 40 but I can't find this "Lord Serjay Thul" that begins the bonus series. I found the output I'm supposed to go to, but I need to find this guy to start the series. Any help would be appreciated...as well as any advice as to where I'm supposed to be.

I honestly can't believe DC'ing or crashing puts you at the back of the line. That makes absolutely no sense. Waiting to get in sucks, but it's understandable. Crashing and getting forced to queue up from the back of the line is Junior Varsity

They warn you PLENTY of times that it can't be undone. Plenty of times.

Why do you CARE if it contends with Warcraft or not? This game is better than WoW in my opinion and so I play this game. I enjoy it. If you don't then don't play it. Its really that simple. Why does this or any game need to "kill" WoW? Even Everquest 1 is still around, even the mighty WoW couldn't kill it. This is a growing genre that WoW helped attract new players to. If you were attracted to WoW because of the ease of everything then that is probably the game for you. Also I'll have you know that the WoW launch was probably the worst launch in the history of MMO's. It's the launch that every other MMO fears and does everything to prevent. I was there...it was beyond brutal. Also, comparing a 7 year old game such as WoW to a new release is beyond silly. Were you there for the first year of WoW and it's "end game"? I'm assuming not.

I am having the same issues. My latency is usually around 80. This afternoon it has been 200+ and occasionally it spikes to where I can't issue any commands. I am playing on The Harbinger, using Comcast

Do you not understand that US guilds that were legitimately deployed to these servers are suffering because people who were deployed to other servers decided to ignore their deployment and roll on a different server? Has nothing to do with trolling mate.

Seems to me that the Rank 1 title was moved to Rank 3 and Rank 2 was moved to Rank 4 and so on. That's the way it has been working for me anyway

logic 101 would state that you would go to the server you were deployed to because thats where your friends are going to be. From what I've seen, most oceanics have completely disregarded their predetermined deploy and just gone to whatever server they wanted en masse...causing the problems we have today

I understand and I'm all for that, but didnt you guys get deployed to a specific server as a guild anyway and decided not to listen to that and just go wherever you wanted to?

why did you have to go to "the predetermined unoffical oceanic server"? why couldnt you have all just gone to a different server? how about every american goes to the same server? Yeah that would be a great idea too

why does EVERY AUSSIE have to play on the same server? It boggles my mind. I'm from Minnesota and we don't all play on the same server. I roll with my friends. pretty ridiculous

This really doesnt answer anything. My guild got deployed onto a server that was "deemed" australian by random people and because of that we all have to wait 2 hours to login just to play the game?

I completely understand queues and the logic behind them. However, I do not understand why you need to put people who crash to desktop at the back of the queue. Nothing is more frustrating than having your tank (and RL brother) crash to desktop in the middle of a flashpoint and be placed into a 2 hour queue

I think they're just trying to discourage guildless folk from going to these servers, but those of us that have been deployed here by BW is pretty unreasonable. It's not really our fault they placed us on these servers

The Harbinger? If so, yeah same here. I guess the Oceanic folk decided it would be "their" server so they all flooded it. Not hating, just crying because my guild got deployed here
